Providing House Keeping Service to Hostel of Abdul Nasir Sab State Institute of Rural Development & Panchayat Raj, Mysuru on Out source basis.

The agency submitting the tender shall have experience of providing house keeping services for a minimum period of two years to Government / Semi-Government / Non-Government organizations, and shall submit experience certificates in support of the same.

The firm shall have achieved a minimum annual turnover of Rs. 60.00 Lakhs in at least two financial years during the last five years (from 2019-20 to 2023-24). CA Audited Turnover Certificate with UDIN shall be submitted.

The firm shall be a registered agency providing Human Resource services and shall possess a valid Labour Department Registration Certificate for the current year.

The firm shall have obtained the appropriate licence from the concerned local authority for establishment of the organization.

The firm shall possess a Professional Tax (PT) Registration Certificate and shall submit the tax clearance certificate of the previous year

The firm shall possess a valid ESI Registration Certificate for the current year and shall submit ESI contribution challans for the preceding two years

The firm shall possess a valid EPF Registration Certificate for the current year and shall submit EPF contribution challans for the preceding two years

The firm shall possess a valid GST Registration Certificate for the current year and shall submit GSTR-3B returns for the previous six months.

The firm shall submit documents of ITR filed copies for the preceding two financial years

The firm shall submit a self-declaration on Rs.100/- non-judicial stamp paper stating that it has not been blacklisted by any Government or Semi-Government organization.
