RequiredCopy of satisfactory physical verification report issued by any one of the nominated Divisional Engineers by the CE/O&M/KTPS-VII Stage for this specific purpose as per Memo.No:CE/O&M/KTPS-VII Stage/T1/F-Hired Vehicles/D.No.1007/2025-26; Dt:18.02.2026 shall be uploaded. The format of physical verification report and the details of those Divisional Engineers along with contact details are enclosed
RequiredSatisfactory Service Certificate to the firm/contractor towards execution of same/similar work during FY 2025-26 from the competent authority shall be uploaded. In case of new firms/other firms who do not have experience during FY 2025-26, the experience condition may be exempted upon submission of self declaration certificate in this regard
