Dismantling the outdoor unit of 14HP-11TR, VRF from NICU section of old building of Govt. Leak detection of package units by way of holding pressure with nitrogen for 24hrs & rectification of the leakages if any, flushing the line and then vacuumising the refrigeration line with deep vacuumising upto 30 microns. Charging the 14HP, 11TR, VRF Unit, AHU and circuit/copper piping with the refrigerant 410A. The job includes cost of material, skilled labour charges, carriage, taxes etc.

Complete cleaning and servicing of outdoor unit of 14HP, 11TR, VRF by way of cleaning of pre-filters, chemical cleaning of cooling coil of indoor & outdoor units, spraying chemical cleaner over the coil surface using jet cleaner pump on both sides of coil for at least 20 minutes and then spraying the coil with fresh water till the foam goes away or till the chemical is washed off and the cleaning process is repeated till the fins and cooling coil are totally cleaned. The job also includes cleaning of duct/dampers as per requirement at site to clear the blockage. The job includes p/f of V-belts in place of damaged ones, greasing of motor bearing, checking/repair to blower alignment for noise and vibration control. The job includes cost of material, skilled labour charges, carriage, taxes etc.

Complete cleaning/servicing of Air Handling by way of cleaning of prefilters, chemical cleaning of cooling coil, spraying chemical cleaner over the coil surface using jet cleaner pump on both sides of coil for at least 20 minutes and then spraying the coil with fresh water till the foam goes away or till the chemical is washed off and the cleaning process is repeated till the fins and cooling coil are totally cleaned. The job also includes greasing of motor bearings and cleaning of duct as per requirement at site to clear the blockage. The job includes p/f of V-belts in place of damaged ones and checking/repair to blower alignment. Also replacement of damaged wiring with new one, thimbling and insulating with PVC tape properly. The job includes cost of material, skilled labour charges, carriage, taxes etc.

Dismantling of split ACs-02 Nos from old building of Govt. Hospital Gandhi Nagar, Jammu and shifting & reinstallation at Labortory & CMO room of emergency ward at ground floor of new building of Govt Hospital Gandhi Nagar Jammu (MCH).
