Design including proof checking and construction of 106.60 mtrs length, 7.50mtrs over all width major permanent bridge with PSC Girder Superstructure on pile foundation including carrying out Sub Soil Investigation (SSI) over Malagadda creak with span arrangement as per line drawings and based on sub soil data, hydraulic data, Design base report, Schedule A Notes, Special conditions, Particular specifications of the tender documents comprising vetting and certification from any IIT/ NIT or Andhra University for all the structural design/drawings. Construction works includes all preparatory works, Erection of staging/ shuttering, piles,

Item No. 1 (Contd..,) pile caps, abutments, piers, return wall, dirt wall, placing of POT & POT cum PTFE bearings, casting of PSC Girder superstructure, Prestressing, wearing coat of bituminous surface as specified, strip seal expansion joints, RCC crash barriers, foot paths, kerbs, GI railing on crash barrier, MS view cutter, suitable flood gauge, drainage spout with necessary outlet fittings for adequate disposal of rain water, necessary road furniture items, solar street light fittings, rectractable security MS mesh/ grill, load testing of superstructure of bridge, protective coating to all exposed surfaces, disposal of excavated material, temporary river training works and diversion and all other items of works required for the completion of the bridge along with approches on both sides of bridge including curing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per Item No. 1 here-in-before but 528.60 mtrs length, 7.50mtrs over all width major permanent bridge over Marripalem creak complete. Notes for Item No. 1 & 2:- (i) Approach road at slope in 1:25 and same width of bridge (7.50m) including 1.0mtr width footpath on one side of the road, embankment type connecting to existing road to be considered on both sides of bridges with bituminous wearing coat, ground improvement, metallic crash barriers, footpaths, kerbs, hand rails, drainage arrangement to adequate disposal of rain water, road furniture items, testing and complete as per IRC and MoRTH specifications.

Notes for Item No. 1 & 2 (Contd.,) :- (ii) PSC girder & Cross diaphram shall be M-45 design mix and all other RCC works including piles shall be M-40 design mix. (iii) Reinforcement steel shall be Corrosion resistant steel (CRS) TMT bars of grade Fe-500D. (iv) All structural steel members should be Fe-410w, Gde E-250 quality-B. (v) The lumpsum shall be deemed to include for carrying out non-destructive integrity test for 100% of the total number of piles as per IS 14893-2001 shall be done by IIT /NIT/ Government Engineering College in the presence of Engineer-in-Charge, contractor and the test results shall be vetted by the same authorities. Cost of testing shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (vi) The soil data for adjoining area is considered and included in this tender. The same is for guidance purpose only and the contractor shall also carry out the required soil investigation before finalising design of structures. (vii) While quoting these rates, please refer clause no. 43.1 of schedule "A" notes of this tender document for variations in detailed abstracts submitted by contractor. Nothing extra shall be paid on this ground.
