1) Material not included in schedule - A & required for the work shall be provided by the

contractor at the own cost.

2) Any materials required for the items other than labour charged items mentioned in shedule-B

but available whom deptt. Will be issued in request of the controctor at transporting department

issue rate of market whichever is more.

3) The contractor shall provided his own arrangement for loading , unloading and the materials

issued by the department from the store to him at his own cost of the controctor will be

responsible for damage which is during transist.

4) The materials issued by the department and not used in the work shall be returne by the

contractor in good and acceptable to department will be received at double the issu rate fixed by
