Fabricating and supplying special clamping arrangement for fixing an asymmetrical beam Integral LED flood light on wall with clamps each made out of 50 x 6mm MS flat and 8x40mm SS nuts and bolts for one luminaire. The clamps are to be linked with 40x6mm MS flat with suitable holes 8mm ,10mm or 12mm size with suitable size SS Bolt& Nut to fix the luminaire. All the items are to be painted with two coats of epoxy based industrial primer of approved quality and two coats of best quaity epoxy paint of approved colour as per drawing.

Supply, fabrication, conveyance and fixing 40 mm dia C class ISI marked GI pipe bent to shape and fixing the same to wall / parapet using 20x3 mm MS flat clamp s painting with 2 coats of epoxy paint over a coat of epoxy primer, making good the damages, colour washing etc as required (for the installation of outdoor light fittings).

Dismounting the SV lamp flood light and control gear from the tubular post of height upto 15m from ground level without any damage and keep at a place as per the instruction of the depatmental officer at site.

Supply and fixing 2 m long tubular pole made out of 65 mm dia Heavy (Class C) GI pipe with ISI MARK on roof slab by cutting slab near to the column,clamping the pipe to the RCC column using MS clamps made out of 25x5 mm MS flat and anchor bolts, filling the space between slab and pole using PCC 1:11/2:3 (M20) , constructing muffing of size 30 cmx30cmx30cm in M20 mix.The top of the pole must be closed with Table E MS flange and dummy flange,bolted with stainless steel nut and bolts and it must have an inverted Y arrangement using 25mm GI medium pipe 10cm long welded to the pole 10 cm below the top flange to take outgoing wire. The tubular post shall be painted with two coats of epoxy primer and epoxy paint of approved make and colour.

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer’s specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete.

Painting with 2 Coats of Industrial based Epoxy primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/steel works (2 Coats)

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation of pump, DG set etc including form work etc as required (excluding reinforcement).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level.

Providing 15mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) at all levels.

Providing and fixing B class G.I. pipes with ISI mark complete with G.I. fittings and clamps, i/c cutting and making good the walls etc. 50 mm dia nominal bore
