Supply and fixing of ceiling fans, AC, single phase, 230 volts, 1200mm sweep, with BLDC technology, max Power input upto 35 watt, copper wire motor with 5 star BEE rating along with canopy cover, down rod, U clamp, electronic regulator 2 module, socket type, 450 watt and 3 core PVC flexible cable 1 sqmm for making the connection of fan including hanging the fan in clamp and connecting to existing electric connections complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Contractor shall write MES No. with black colour synthetic enamel paint as directed. Make: Havells/ Crompton/ Bajaj

Supply and fixing of water heaters, storage type, electric, of capacity 25 litres, BEE 5 star rated, ABS body with multiple heating options, shock safe plug, puf insulation, incoloy glass coated heating element, anode rod, adjustable knob for temperature setting with 0.8 MPa high working pressure, multifunctional safety valve and whirlflow technology including superior quality connection pipe with fastener, nuts, bolts, washers duly grouted giving shape to hole as suitable and plastering including making good of disturebed surface as per existing finishes and connecting to inlet valve and outlet valves and testing complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Payment to contractor will be made only on producing original paid vouchers mentioning Cat Nos. of items and genuineness certificate from company.
