CA NO GE(N)AMB-35/2026-27 REPAIR TO FENCING, COMPOUND WALL, HARD STANDING, DRAIN AND OTHER ALLIED WORK IN OTM ACCN -I,II AND III OF AGE BR-II UNDER GE (NORTH) AMBALA CANTT

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) including removal the rubbish/ demolished material outside defence land, complete, all as specified and directed .

Material and labour machine pressed rubber moulded coloured precast concrete interlocking paver block, any shape and size conforming to IS 15658–2006 of 60 mm thickness, grade M–35 with grey cement and pigments over and including a layer of sand cushioning, 25 mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour machine pressed rubber moulded precast coloured concrete interlocking paver block, any shape and size conforming to IS 15658–2006 of 80 mm thickness, grade M–40 with grey cement and pigments over and including a layer of sand cushioning, 25 mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour broken stone hardcore of gauge not exc. 63mm, deposited , spread and levelled in layers n exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing PCC (1:4:8) Type D2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, manholes etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed .

Removing surplus excavated material to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed .

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levlling ,watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 mm thick each layer, complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate), as in surface channels and drains complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge
