Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C-1 using 20mm crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection and like finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

M&L Endura chequered cement concrete tiles 30cmx 30cmx 10mm thick,set, jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigments over & including 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x30cm x 25mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with grey cement and pigment over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding in cement mortar 1:6 in floors complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layers including any treatment on roof complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate average thickness 50mm as in roof padding including mixing water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed. (Note. water proofing liquid shall be measured and paid seperately) complete all as specified & directed).

M&L rendering 10mm thick on roof surface in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with water proofing compound finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed. (Note : Supply only of water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this Schedule).
