Restoration of damage on Nurpur Sanjhi Nallah Lahru Tunnuhatti road (Under PDNA

Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drain and Parapets etcetra in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock chiseling /wedging out rocks (Where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification section 300 and 1600 and as per direction of the Engineer- In – Charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any lead and lift including dressing of sides, bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layer not executing 150 mm (one hundred fifty millimetre) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water ) upto any depth any quantam of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, and any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete in all type of structure as per drawing and MORD technical specification section 800, 900 ,1200 and 1600 for nominal mix 1: 5: 10 (one cement isto five sand isto ten graded crushed/broken stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering, removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying concrete complete for all heights/depths including the cost of form work in retaining walls, breast walls etcetera as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials, within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, and any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Back filling with granular material behind abutments, return walls, wing walls and retaining walls complete as per drawings and MORD technical specification clause 1204.3.8 or as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, or other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing Weepholes in brick masonary / stone masonary / plain / re-inforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall, retaining walls with 100 mm (one hundred millimetre) dia meters, PVC pipe exetnding through the full width of the structures with a slope of 1 (one) vertical : 20 (twenty) horizental towards drawing face complete as per drawing and tecnical specification clause 614, 709, 1204.3.7 and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, or other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Loosening of the ground upto a level of 300 mm (three hundred millimetre) below the subgrade level, watered, graded and compacted in layers to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 for subgrade construction as per Technical Specification Clause 303.5.2 and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transpotation and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, or other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Cement Concrete Pavement construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (grade), coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383 , maximum size of coarse aggregate bot exceeding 25mm , mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side form work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges steel plates including leveling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continous operation including provision of contraction and expansion , construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specifications.and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, malkana toll tax and other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Construction of granular sub base by providing well graded materials mixing in a mechnical mix plant at OMC and carriage of mixed material to site of work in all lead and lifts , spreading in uniform layer with motor grader compacting with smooth wheel 80-100 (eighty - one hundred) kN static roller to achieve the desired density, as per MORD Specifications clause 401 and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental. The rate including the octori, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting by mechnical means of crushed stone aggregate size 53mm to 22.4mm ( fifty three millimetre to twenty two point four millimetre) Grading-III [75mm( seventy five millimetres) consolidated thickness] to water bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness using template, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 K.N. (eight to one hundred) static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, including applying and brooming, stone screening type-B of size 11.2mm ( eleven point two milimetres) nominal size at the rate of 0.18cum (zero point one eight cubic metres) per ten square metres and to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications section 400 and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-I) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface with hydroulic brooms and spraying primer with bitumen emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.85 kg (zero point eight five kilogram) per square meter as per MORD Technical specification section 500 as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads,lifts and other incidentals .
