M&L for dismantling and taking out all cable connection from all switchgear and earthing connection of the indoor /outdoor panel board, removing carefully the complete panel board of size not less than 2.5 M x 2 M using sufficient man power /cranes from base of panel and keeping aside, re-construction of damaged panel foundation as per ground requirement in same place or other specified location with brick-work, plaster, foundation bolt, white wash to new plastered surface, reinstallation of complete panel and necessary cable end connection with suitable size of lugs/glands to respective cable/ switchgears, earthing complete. Note- (i) Relaying of cables due to change of foundation of panel and Brick work/plaster work shall be incl in quoted rate by contractor (ii) Required additional length of cables shall be measured and paid separately, (iii) Cable joints if require will be measured and paid separately, (iv) Required aluminium cable lugs /glands, nuts, bolts and washers, foundation bolts, white wash will be inclusive of quoted rate

S & F Hot dip Galvanised wire mesh cable trays 105 x 300mm complete with tray, coupler, cover and cover clip to support clamps, securing properly to support strcture complete including dismantling existing LT cable of off sizes from building wall more than 3 mtr height form FL and relaying the same in proper alignment complete all as specified and directed. M & L for earthing complete with steel earth plate eletrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level) with top edge of plat not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to GI earth strip 32x6 mm by means of bolts. nuts,check nuts and washers etc including protection pipe 40mm dia up to 7.5m length, provision the earth lead to earth connection in ther main distribution box with lugs and GI nuts, bolts, earthing shall be done all as per shown electrical plate No 3 of SSR part 1 Including neccessary excavation in soft disintergrated rock and provision of 15mm dia pipe with funnel, PCC earth chamber of 100mm thick precast RCC cover with suitable precast RCC frame and earth test point and testing in presence of Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of UNSV enclosure box of any size with switchgear, cables and S & F Electro galvanized steel sheet (corrision resistant) enclosure box having minimum thickness 1.0mm , IP 55, IK 08 with multiple knockout and suitable for installation of 4P MCCBs upto rating 200 A mounting on angle iron frame and two legs suitable size of angle iron , properly grouted on floor/wall with anchor fastener including refixing of cables using proper lugs/ glands complete all as specified. (Note: Rate for fixing of MCCBs are incl of contractor quoted rates. MCCB of suitble size will be measured and paid seperately as supply only) Make- L&T / Legrand/ Schenider or equivalent make.

S & F aluminium perforated sheet silver in colour having round holes (Anti corrosive) having thickness not less than 2mm cut to shape incl bending, moulding as per site reqirement, duly fixed with screws/ locking arrangments for securing of cable on wall/ column/beam more than 3 Mtr height from floor level including refixing of existing loose of LT cable of any size with proper saddles/clamps where reqd complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for taking up MS duct cover from cable duct of depth upto 1.5 m and width not exceeding 1.0m in various shop floors/substations, keeping a side for reuse, taking out all cables from the cable duct, removing unused/dead cables from the trench, cleaning of trench by taking out all silt/debries and deposit to nearest garbage bins and relaying of all serviceable cables all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work of any description complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for rolled mild steel plain or chequered plates confirming to Fe-290, Gde E-165 welded, riveted, bolted attached to supporting structure of capstan, duct covers, valve pit access platform and working in a confined area including making good the disturbed portion of concrete surfaces with 1: 1 1/2 :3 type A0 using 12.5 mm stone aggregate complete all as specified by Engr-in- Charge.

S&F structural steel framed work such as angle, channel, I beams etc cut to shape, including bending and welding angles as necessary confirming to Fe-290, Gde E-165 as in supporting structure of duct covers, platforms (0 to -3m level) and capstan, ladders framed balusters, walk ways, railing, nosing angle and similar works, including making good the disturbed portion of concrete surfaces with 1: 1 1/2 :3 type A0 using 12.5 mm stone aggregate and all as directed complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new steel surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of old steel surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.
