Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer?in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Extra for providing and fixing wind ties of 40x 6 mm flat iron section including fixing with self drilling screws with washers to the existing purlings, painting two or more coats with anticorrosive bitumastic paint of approved brand & manufacturer over and including priming coat of ready mixed zinc chromate yellow primer of approved brand.

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty: Float glass panes of nominal thickness 5 mm (weight not less than 12.5kg/sqm) (Note : fixing net at Height of 12mts)

Providing and fixing APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer 2 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with glass fibre matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrance manufacture of density at 25°C, 0.87 - 0.89 kg/ litre and viscocity 70 - 160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane torch and sealing all joints etc., and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 350/300 N/ 5 cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 60/80N.Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacture of membrane. 2mm (for corrugated roof sheets)

Dismantling cement asbestos or other hard board ceiling or partition walls including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 metres lead.

Providing and fixing of full Stainless steel of SS430 24" (Inch)Roof Air wind fan with 0.47mm thickness,38 numbers of vanes , bearing 6001 Z(2nos), rivets aluminium pneumatic rivets, 1mm thickness of turbine doom , 380mm turbine doom dia, 686mm turbine outer dia, 600mm (24") turbine throat dia, 370mm turbine height,5kgs turbine weight,2050CFM with polycarbonate base of thickness 2mm, smooth, embossed surface, clear colour, fixing on roof top of height upto 15M above with all necessary screws etc all complete as per the direction of Engineering in charge.

Providing and fixing of Anti-bird net made with HDPE (100% UV protected) with thickness of filament is 24Ply, 25mm Mesh, square shape, colors of appearance is white, resistance of temperature is Safe at 750 C, softening point at 1200 C, melting point at 130oc, Breaking strength of Yarn at least 30Kg. Net to fix with Binding with iron wire at the height of upto 36 ft height of roof ceiling or in vertical view of building, balconies, passages, windows, duct areas etc with necessary accessories as complete as per the direction of Engineering in Charge.
