SR to Rest Shed Building in Rural Works Division Office premises in Nandahandi Block for the year 2025 26

Dismantling and removing old tiled flooring including removing the base course and stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing debris within 50 mt. lead with all labour T & P etc. complete.

Earth work excavation of foundation in hard soil with all leads and lifts including dressing levelling the bed & deposited excaved nmaterials with 50 mt. away all labour T & P etc. complete.

Filling foundation and plinth with sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm thick including watering and compacting with all leads and lifts including cost , carriage royalty etc.

Cement concrete ( 1:3:6 ) with 4cm size h.g. metal in foundation & plinth including hoisting lowering laying in layers 15 cm thick compacting watering curing with cost carriage royalty of all materials etc. complete.

Providing and lying cement concrete C.C (1:2:4) with 12 mm size HBG chips with cost of all labour and materials.

Supplying and fitting of 80 mm thickvcement concrete interlocking paver block of M-40 grade of approved make, design, colour and size made by block macking machine with proper compaction laid in required pattern etc. complete in all respect conforming to IRC SP - 63:2018.

Providing and applying of POST-CONSTRUCTIONAL antitermite treatment by diluting and injecting along external wall where the apron is not provided using chemical emulsion @ 7.5 litres / sqm of the vertical surface of the substructure to a depth of 300 mm including excavation channel along the wall & rodding etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 12mm thick cement plaster ( 1:6) over brick work after racking out joints watering curing cost carriage royalty of all materials etc.complete.

Finishing walls surface with acrylic putty of approve make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting incuding scafolding cost conveyance of all materials labour T & P etc. complete.

Providing and fixing 0.40 mm G.C.I. sheet in roof including fixing of ridges wind ties etc. complete including cost and carriage of sheet all labour T & P etc. complete.

Providing and fixing iron work wrought and put up in trusses and record racks etc. complete including cost and carriage of iron all labour T & P etc. complete.

Fixing vetrified tiles of 600 x 1200 mm in floors treads or steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:1 jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing with cost carriage royalty of all materials etc. complete.

Fixing vetrified tiles in daddo skirting and riser of steps on 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing with cost carriage royalty of all materials etc. complete.

Fixing ceramic tiles in floors treads or steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:1 jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing with cost carriage royalty of all materials etc. complete.

Fixing glazed tiles on wall with 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing with cost carriage royalty of all materials etc. complete.

Wall painting two coats with plastic emulsion paint of approved shade to give an even shade including cost conveyance of all materials labour T & P etc. complete.

Finishing wall with weather coat paint two coats over a coat of primer of approved shade to give an even shade including cost conveyance of all materials labour T & P etc. complete
