   Procurement shall be made from OEM or from authorized agent/dealer of OEM.The tenderer shall attach documentary proof of being manufacturer [OEM] along with their e-offer. The tenderer quoting as an authorized agent/dealer of OEM shall upload/attach valid authorization letter from the manufacturer, specific to this e- tender besides attaching documentary proof of their principal being manufacturer [OEM] along with their e-offer. offers without tender specific authorization of OEM shall be summarily rejected without any back reference. Only direct authorization from OEM is acceptable, authorization from dealer of OEM is not acceptable or any sub authorization is also not acceptable.

   Firm must upload compliance to technical specifications attached with tender and also upload technical brochure of offered model.Firm should clearly mention offered model of the make offered, if firm not mention offered model clearily, offer shall be passed over without any back reference.There should not be any contradiction between parameters in technical brochure and parameter offered/complied in compliance sheet.If any contradiction found, offer shall be summarily rejected without any back reference.

   Tenderers are required to quote CAMC rate for five years after expiry of the warranty period of the machine along with their offers. The scope of CMC will include preventive and breakdown maintenance. CMC charges include all cost of personnel, spares etc.except the cost of consumables required for day-to-day operation and daily maintenance checks.

   An Indian Agent quoting in Indian Rupees (INR) on behalf of their Foreign principals or OEM/Manufacturer: Where an Indian Agent submits offer for imported goods, in Indian Rupees (INR) on behalf of their foreign principals or OEM/ Manufacturer, the following conditions shall be fulfilled:- - To quote with tender specific authorization from the foreign manufacturer. The tenderer shall have to undertake in the tender to comply with the following: Consent to furnish copy of bill of entry for the goods, Manufacturer-s Test and Guarantee certificate issued by the manufacturer, Copy of Bill of Lading/AWB along with supply.

   Bidder to deposit EMD as per Para 400 of RDSO Stores Indigenious Tender Conditions with Amd 16 and sub Paras of clause 400. Traders Distributors Sole agents are excluded from exemption from submission of EMD, these bidder Traders Distributors Sole agents has to deposit EMD, offers without EMD shall be summarily rejected.
