Supply, installation, testing and commisssioning High mast light of 15 mtr height, polygonal, continuous tapered, and flnged mounted type single hot dip galvanized, non circumferenctial weld and suitable for wind speed as per IS-875 part 3 fabricated out of special steel plates as per BSEN-10025, grade mild steel, the mast shaft shall be supplied in two sections top dia; 150 mm, bottom dia: 360 mm approx, top section length 8.25 mtr, bottom section length 8.25 mtr and Terrain factor in TC1 (airport) and shall be stress fitted at site, mast door opening size 1200mmX300mm along with supply of accessories of 16 mtr high mast which includes head frame, lighting finial, stainless steel wire rope, compensating disc for three wire rope system, double drum winch with capacity of 750 kg, power trailing cable integral power tool, GLC aviation obstruction LED Light, control panel housing comprising of suitable time contactor circuit for automatic ON/OFF of High mast lights galvanised lantern carriage suitable for mounting 08 Nos Luminiares LED lights of capacity 120 watt 240 Volt flood lights including lightning arrester spike and RCC foundation as per height (steel wire rope of 6mm dia 97/19 gauge) complete all as specifid and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10.0 sq mm 4 core complete all as specifid and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 sq mm 4 core complete all as specifid and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Boring of holes under road pavement hard standing by trenchless technology and necessary machine including provision of HDPE pipe of 150mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specifid and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose of soil not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr width and getting out soil including forming bottom surface to required slope/gradient for laying cables/pipes/pole foundation etc. complete all as specifid and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete for coping of poles etc Type B2 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate complete all as specifid and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying sand cushioning for cable protection in trenches 8cm before laying of cable and 15cm thick over the cable (Total 23 cm thickness to be punned down to be 18 cm) complete all as specifid and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Punned down thickness(18cm) to be measured and paid

Supply & lay brick well burnt bricks sub-class 'B' locally available old size laid flat acres the length of trench for protection of cable complete all as specifid and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm thick after the cables etc. are laid, jointed and tested complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus excavated soil not exceeding 50 Mtr distance and depositing where directed by Engineer-in-Charge at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Aluminium bus bar chamber 100 Amp capacity 4 strips not less than 400 mm long with locking arangement including grouting in pcc 1:3:6 and connecting with UG XLPE cable with suitable copper thimbles complete all as specifid and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel plate electrode 600mmx600mmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 3.75 Mts deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 3.00 Mtrs below ground level connected to glavanised iron strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel connected to earthing test point all as specified incl excavation and earth work and disposal of surplus soil incl 40 mm GI tubing light grade and necessary fitting for protection of copper strip incl laying of charcoal dust and common salt PCC (1:2:3) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate earth pit with 40x40x6mm MS angle iron frame, RCC cover 40mm thick (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 6 mm dia round bar @ 75mm C/C both ways with MS handle 12mm dia, plastering 15mm thick CM (1:6) internally and upto 150mm below ground level externally, PGI funnel with 20mm dia GI pipe for watering and wire mesh complete all as specified and shown on electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part (2009) and connected to earth test incl testing complete all as specifid and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
