RFQ ITEM NO.00050 Maint. Spares of Exchanger 2091-E-01 Supply of Operation and Maintenance Spares of Breechlock 2091-E-01 A to H as per drawing no. SDB/E/162192 of M/s. Tema. The quantities are considered considering the actual requirement of material during overhauling of all 08 nos. screw plug heat exchanger and after review of spares available at IOCL Gujarat refinery site. Supply of gaskets i.e., gasket of tubesheet to shell, gasket of cylinder to tube sheet gasket, gasket of compression ring, gasket for partition cover & Sealing strip ( lamiflex seal) of tube bundle, is already covered in scope of supply against respective work orders of overhauling of screw plug heat exchanger 2091-E-01 A-H. The delivery period of supply of material shall be 03-04 months from the date of award of work order. Following are the additional technical requirement for supply of material. 1. Vendor has to give Guarantee/Warrantee certificate against supplied material as per GPC along with material dispatch documents. 2. Vendor has to submit complete fabrication/execution plan as per CDD, sub vendor's details and any other information related to the subject material, required by IOCL. 3. Vendor has to submit all test reports, all material test certificates, etc. duly signed and stamped by vendor in original along with supply of material. 4. While dispatching, each material should bear tag & it should have item description, sl. no., etc. as mentioned in PO. 5. Vendor has to submit signed and stamped Original material test certificates along with material dispatch document. 6. Material shall be packed and supplied in such a way to avoid any damage during transportation.
