Comprehensive Maintenance for two boilers of cap 600 Kg/Hr - This service will be performed at the start of the maintenance service term. All manufacturers’ recommended yearly maintenance procedures on the unit(s) will be conducted. The inspection will be conducted on a mutually agreeable date(visit). The cost and schedule of maintenance includes the followings :-

(i). Preventative Maintenance - This service provides for regularly scheduled preventative maintenance inspections including descaling if reqd. There will be minimum one Preventative Maintenance visits per month at approximately equal intervals or as recommended by OEM inspection includes following :- • Check the general operation of the unit.• Check the general operation of the unit. • Log the operating temperatures, pressures, voltages, and amperages. • Check the operation of the control circuit. • Check the operation of the motor and starter. • Analyze the recorded data. Compare the data to the original design conditions. • Review operating procedures with operating personnel. • Provide a written report of completed work, operation log and indicate any uncorrected deficiencies detected. • Check & test the functionality of safety devices i.e. pressure release, high temp etc.

(ii). Written Reports - A report will be provided at the end of each inspection with recommendations of necessary repairs and maintenance procedures. Separate report be provided for each boiler.

(iii). Emergency Service - Includes two breakup/emergency calls between inspections as required for the purpose of diagnosis of trouble, adjustment, minor repair, or resetting of controls.

Notes:-

(a) The tenderers shall have to submit the copy of MOU with OEM M/s Thermax company through its authorized service provider as a proof to carry out quarterly/preventive maintenance etc recommended by OEM immediately after commencement of work and strictly follow the company maintenance recommendations. The rates quoted shall be deem to include all such maintenance cost."

(b) The contractor shall submit the record of preventive maintenance service carried out M/s Thermax company along with recommendation of necessary repairs and maintenance procedure along with documentary evidence for claiming payment. The contractor shall produce the ""purchase order"" issued to M/s Thermax company/auth service provider for Annual Maintenance.

(c) Contractors quoted rates shall be deemed to be inclusive of any miscellaneous minor spares such as wires, toggle switch, lugs, nuts, cable gland, connector, thimbles, gland packing etc when required or as ordered by Engr in Charge for smooth and uninterrupted operation of the complete system except spares such as mentioned here in after in relevant items of this schedule.

(d) The item rates include de scaling, cleaning/washing, overhauling of every two month complete all as directed by Engr in Charge failing which a penalty @ Rs 2000/- per two months will be charged.

(e) In case of any major break down the additional manpower if required will be arranged by the contractor to re-start the plant without any additional cost.

Comprehensive Maintenance for diesel fired hot water geyser of cap 300000 K Cal per hrs. - This service will be performed at the start of the maintenance service term. All manufacturers’ recommended bimonthly maintenance procedures on the unit(s) will be conducted. M&L for repairing of main base of the hydro extractor of 60 Kg by the help of lathe work complete satisfaction of Engr in Charge.

M&L for refixing the hydro extractor of 60 Kg at its original position with the help of chain pulley complete satisfaction of Engr in Charge. Note :- The rates of T&P required for refixing are deemed to be included."

Supply only granular based Calcium hypo chloride water disinfectant packed in 45 kgs plastic drums (having 90% free chlorine) for day-to-day use in sewage treatment plant complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down electric motor from base frame and shifting to work shop for rewinding, dismantling and taking out rotor assembly from stator carefully and cutting/cleaning burnt wire from stator, repair to damage slots including rewinding with super enameled copper wire of suitable size, varnishing, drying and tapping with cotton tapes, reassembling, reinstalling at site including testing at full load complete for 15 HP motor complete all as specified and directed.

Repairing, Overhauling and replacement of dual Filter Media and activated carbon filtration vessels of MBBR STP 0.4MLD including Performing the following:-

(a) Unloading of exhausted filter media from the Filter vessels with proper care etc.

(b) Thorough cleaning and scraping inside the existing Filter vessel properly including painting with two coats of anticorrosive black bituminous paint etc.

(c) Thorough cleaning, scrapping out side of vessel properly including painting with one coat zinc chrome primer & two coats of best quality synthetic enamel paint etc.
