1.10 LLDPE:Basic Minimum Wage & VDA for shift Long Text: For shift assistance on round the clock basis s in BCPL plant consisting of 04 Highly skilled+04 Unskilled (04 Operators + 04 Helpers) (In case of absence/ additional requirement of any worker from the above composition of manpower, deduction/ additional payment shall be made as per awarded unit rate as per the following weightage against different category of manpower: ( Highly skilled = 0.156 ; Unskilled = 0.094)

1.20 LLDPE:Basic Min. Wage & VDA for G shift Long Text: General shift assistance services in BCPL plant consisting of 01 Highly skilled+05 Unskilled (01 Operator + 05 Helper) (In case of absence/ additional requirement of any worker, deduction/ additional payment shall be made as per awarded unit rate as per the following weightage against different category of manpower:- (Highly skilled = 0.249; Unskilled = 0.150)

1.40 LLDPE: Payment against 03 NH & 08 FH Long Text: Payment against 03 National holidays & 08 Festival Holidays

1.50 LLDPE: Payment against EPF Long Text: Payment against deposition of Employee Provident Fund @ 13.00%

1.60 LLDPE: Payment against Bonus Long Text: Payment against Bonus @8.33% on basic + DA

1.70 LLDPE: Payment against ESIC@ 3.25%

LLDPE: Payment against NSA Long Text: Payment against Non Statutory allowance @ 16%

1.90 LLDPE: Payment against shift allowance Long Text: Payment against Shift Allowance for A, B & C-shift duties

1.100 LLDPE: Payment against Uniform & PPEs Long Text: Payment towards 02 sets of Uniform, 01 NO OF Safety Helmet, 01 pair of Safety Shoe, 02 pairs of Socks. The same shall be release upon submission of documentary proof against purchase & distribution.

PVC suits & 20 nos. safety goggles as per safety standard to meet industrial purpose on monthly basis {In case of Less/extra supply of reqired quantities on monthly basis against listed safety wears, deduction/additional payment shall be made as per awarded/quoted Unit Rate as per the following weightage against each type: Cotton Hand glove=0.637; Ear plug=0.060; Dust Musk= 0.080; PVC suit=0.199; Safety goggles=0.024 }

3.10 PTD Baggin:Basic Min Wage&VDA- A+B SHIFT Long Text: For shift assistance in A and B shift operations in BCPL PTD-BAGGING plant consisting of 07 Highly skilled + 05 Skilled + 15 Unskilled (01 Supervisors+ 05 M/c Operator + 01 Instrumentation Technician+ 05 Fork Lift Operator + 15 Helpers ) (In case of absence/ additional requirement of any worker from the above composition of manpower, deduction/ additional payment shall be made as per awarded unit rate as per the following weightage against different category of manpower: (Highly skilled = 0.049; Skilled = 0.042; Unskilled = 0.030)

3.20 PTD Bagging: Basic Min Wage&VDA- C SHIFT Long Text: For shift assistance in C shift operation in BCPL PTD-BAGGING plant consisting of 05 Highly skilled + 03 Skilled + 9 Unskilled (01 Supervisors+ 03 M/c Operator + 01 Instrumentation Technician+ 03 Fork Lift Operator + 09 Helpers) (In case of absence/ additional requirement of any worker from the above composition of manpower, deduction/ additional payment shall be made as per awarded unit rate as per the following weightage against different category of manpower: (Highly skilled = 0.077 ; Skilled = 0.066; Unskilled = 0.047)

3.30 PTD Bagging: Basic Min Wage&VDA- G SHIFT Long Text: General shift assistance services in BCPL plant consisting of 12 Unskilled (12 Helper) (In case of absence/ additional requirement of any worker, deduction/ additional payment shall be made as per awarded unit rate as per the following weightage against different category of manpower:- ( skilled = 0.083)

3.40 PTD Dispatch:Basic Min Wage&VDA-A+BSHIFT Long Text: For shift assistance on round the clock basiss in BCPL plant consisting of 01 Highly skilled + 06 Skilled (01 Supervisors+ 06 Fork Lift Operator) (In case of absence/ additional requirement of any worker from the above composition of manpower, deduction/ additional payment shall be made as per awarded unit rate as per the following weightage against different category of manpower: ( Highly Skilled = 0.163 ; Skilled = 0.139)
