Demolition of brick or stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone works and precast concrete articles and removal of demolished materials to a distance exceeding 500 M but not exceeding 1000 M complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of plain cement concrete (Un reinforced ) PCC paver block of any description in any position not otherwise specifically provied and removal and removal of demolished materials to a distance exceeding 500 M but not exceeding 1000mtr, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of (reinforced cement concrete) (reinforcement cut as required to facilitiate demolition) of any description and in any positionnot otherwise specifically provided for and removal of demolished materials to a distance exceeding 500 M but not exceeding 1000mtr, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced Precast cement concrete(1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in landing , cover slab (for manholes, shelves), chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs , mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces incluing necessary form work , & set in Cement Mortar (1:4) complete all as specified an directed. Note:-Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately in respective items of Sch "A"/BOQ

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 8 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spi-rally for hooping for col-umns, hooking ends and binding with and in-cluding mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing of debrish to a distance exceeding 500 M but not exceeding 1000mtr, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick of external surfaces of concrete/brick in cement morter 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction, finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid seprately as supply only under respective item of Sch 'A'/BOQ

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for new plaster surfaces of wall and applying two or more coats of cement based paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment from old surface of wall and washing rubbing down and stoping of distempered and painted surface of wall and prepration surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement based paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5 clear span , cills steps seismic and other similar bands, copings, hold fast and the like incluing weathering , slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating asdirected with and icluding necessary form work in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise described and removal of dismantling materials to a distance exceeding 500 M but not exceeding 1000mtr, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framed work and similar works conforming to Fe-290 Gd E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class B bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radious built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer. Complete all as specified and directed

M&L Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling & Mass concrete , sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rubber molded glossy finish chequered cement concrete tile coloured (in two different colour) 30 cm x 30 cm x 25 mm thick with grey cement and pigment set and jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preprinted glossy finish machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of approved colour and shape, glossy finish, any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade over and including50 mm thick Sand cushioning including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C2, using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in Plinth protection, platform and floor including finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth W/O using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing 100mm thick PCC (cement concrete) 1:2:4 etc type B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate ) pavement/ramp/floor finsihed even an smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
