i) .The supplier should be OEM/Authorized distributor/deader of OEM only (tender specific OEM authori2a nn certificate to be attached along with the bid). The OEM should possess ISO 9001-2015, quality assurance certificates. In case of the offer from firm other than OEM, the tenderer must enclose tender specific authorization from the OEM along with their offer failing which offer will be ignored. ii) The firm should be proven OEM/Supplier of this type of machine on indian Railways/PSU/Govt. sector and should provide document proof which must include commissioning report of hydraulic press of 50 T capacity or more along with the PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATE of one year and trouble-free working in the last 5 years of hydraulic press of 50 T capacity or more. iii) The firm should submit valid certificate of NABL/NPL/Govt test house certificate through testing agency of load of their testing rig along with offer to assess the testing facility for the machine or else offer will be passed over. iV) The firm should stand by the guarantee/ Warranty as per IRS terms and conditions (or) else offer will not be considered. tn case of any manufacturing defects/damages raised during warranty period should be replaced by the firm with its own cost. No material/ service charges will be provided by the railway during this period. V) The contractor has to carry out the construction of reinforced concrete foundation to support a 100 ton hydraulic press, as specified by the consignee and other civil works as per requirement if any.

The bidder should go through the Tender Documents consisting of Instructions to Tenderers, General Tender Conditions and Special Conditions of Tender, and agree &confirm to abide by the Instructions to tenders, General Tender Conditions, IRS conditions of Contract and Special Conditions of Tender.

The bidder should agree to supply the tendered stores at the rates quoted by him in accordance with the IRS conditions of Contract and [or] Special Conditions and [or]other Conditions specified/attached with the tender.

Tenderer's offer is liable to be rejected if they don't upload any of the certificates / documents sought in the tender document Corrigendum if any.

Makers name and/or Brand must be mentioned in the offer. If no make is mentioned, it will be presumed that stores will be of Own make.

Have you gone through the Clause No 6.0 for deposit of Earnest Money as indicated in Instructions to Tenderers and 13.0 for Security Deposit (SD) as indicated in General Conditions of Tender in ECoR Tender conditions uploaded in IREPS website as well as attached with this tender.
