Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures for bridge in all depths in all kinds of soil, ordinary rock and hard rock as per drawing and MORTH technical specification section 300 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling with approved materials. Rock shall be excavated with chiselling and wedging out rock ( where blasting is prohibited) all earth work in cutting/ excavation including rock excavation shall be carried out true to lines, grades, side slopes and level as showen on the drawings or as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge including carriage and stacking of materials useful for construction at suitable sites and safe disposal of unserviceable materials by all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts at specified places, in specified manner, systematically with due consideration to avoiding adverse effects on environment, trimming filling of unevenness blind age and to the entire satisfaction. If the foundation of the structure is in an area with stagnant water or water is met with in the excavations due to springs seepage rain and other causes, it shall be removed by suitable diversions, bailing out or pumping and dewatering as directed and the area of the foundation or embankment shall be kept dry. Any loss to the public or private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor shall have to be duly compensated by him at his on cost in all cases.
Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement: three sand: six graded stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size) mechanical mixed placed in foundation and compacted by vibration and curing complete as per drawing MORTH specification section 2100 in or under water and including cost of form work and carriage of all labour equipments and materials to the site of work through all modes of transports with in all leads and lifts and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
Plain/ reinforced cement concrete in sub structure complete as per drawing and MORTH technical specifications section 2200, 1500 and 1700 any height using concrete mixer RCC grade M-30 (M-Thirty) in abutments and Pier foundations with in all leads and lifts and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
Plain/ reinforced cement concrete in sub structure complete as per drawing and MORTH technical specifications section 2200, 1500 and 1700 any height using concrete mixture RCC grade M-35 (M-Thirty five) in piers, Pier cap, pedestrials and reaction blocks with in all leads and lifts and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in sub srtucture complete as per drawing and technical specification section 1000 & 2200 with in all leads and lifts and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
Providing weep holes in brick masonry/ stone masonry, plain/ reinforced concrete abutment, wing walls, return walls with 100mm (one hundred millimeter) dia AC pipe extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1:20 (one vertical: Twenty Horizontal ) towards drawings face complete as per drawing and MORTH technical specification section 2200 & clause 2706 including carriage of all labour equipment and materials to the site of work through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
Extra for providing and mixing polyester triangular synthetic fibers in specified ratio 6-18mm(six to eighteen millimeter) in length designed for melting point 240-260 (two hundred forty to two hundred sixty) degree centigrade and having specific gravity of 1.33-1.40 (one point three three to one point four zero) in all types of CC, RCC, plaster @ 0.125kg. (zero point one two five kilogram) of fibre per bag (50kg (fifty kilogram)) of cement of 2.5kg (two point five kilogram) of fibre per tonne of cement used with in all leads and lifts and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
Furnishing and placing/ reinforced/ prestressed cement concrete in super structure mechanically mixed and vibrated upto any height M-30 grade and curing complete including reinforcement land cost of form work in approach slab, the mix shall be designed as per requirement of IRC code/ drawing and MORTH technical specification section 1500, 1600 & 2300 and will be got approved from the Engineer-in-charge prior to casting. The minimum contents of cement shall be as per requirement of IRC code/ drawing and technical specification. The theoretical consumption of cement for these items shall be worked out as per approved design mix or minimum contents of cement as per IRC code/ drawing and technical specification which ever is more including carriage of all labour equipments and materials to the site of work through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

High tensile steel wire/ strands, including all accessories for stressing, stressing operations and grouting complete as per drawing and MORTH technical specification section 1800, 53.04m (Fifty three point zero four metre) C/C PSC Box girder & 38.8m (Thirty eight point eight metre) C/C PSC Box girder with in all leads and lifts and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
Furnishing and placing/ reinforced/ prestressed cement concrete in super structure (kerb) as per drawing and MORTH technical specification section 1500, 1600 & 2200 using concrete mixer RCC grade M-30 (M-Thirty) in kerb with in all leads and lifts and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
Construction of precast RCC Railing of M-30 (M-Thirty) grade, aggregate size not exceeding 12mm (Twelve millimetre), true to line and grade, tolerance of vertical RCC post not to exceed 1 in 500, centre to centre spacing between vertical post not to exceed 2000mm (Two thousand millimetre), leaving adequate sppace between vertical post for expansion, complete as per drawing and MORTH technical specification clause 2703 & sectionj 1500, 1600 & 1700 with in all leads and lifts and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
Reinforced cement concrete M-30 (M-Thirty) in approach slab including reinforcement and for work complete as per drawing and MORTH technical specification section 1500, 1600 & 1700 and section 2704 with in all leads and lifts and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
Drainage spouts complete as per drawing and MORTH technical specification clasue 2705 with in all leads and lifts and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced cement concrete M-30 (M-Thirty) and curing complete including cost of form work and reinforcement concrete work in wearing coat upto any height the mix shall be designed as per requirement of IRC code/ drawing and technical specification and will be got approved from the Engineer-in-charge prior to the casting. The minimum contents of the cement shall be as per IRC code/ drawing and technical specification. The theoretical consumption of cement for these item shall be worked out as per approved design mix or minimum contents of cement as per IRC code/ drawing and MORTH technical specification clause 2702 which ever is more including carriage of all labour requirement and materials to the site of work through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
Providing and laying of a strip seal expansion joint catering to maximum horizontal movement upto 70mm (Seventy millimetre), complete as per approved drawings and standard specifications clause 2602 to be installed by the manufacturer/ supplier or their authorized representative esuring compliance to the manufacturer's instructions for installation with in all leads and lifts and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
Providing and fixing 20mm (Twenty millimetre) thick compressible Fibre Board in expansion joint complete as per drawing and MORTH technical specifications clause 2604 between abutment and return with in all leads and lifts and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying filter material underneath pitching in slopes complete as per drawing and MORTH technical specification clause 2504 with in all leads and lifts and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
Providing and laying Pitching on slopes laid over prepared filter media including boulder apron laid dry in front of toe of embankment complete as per drawing and MORTH technical specification clause 2504 with in all leads and lifts and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
Water Bound Macadam Sub base/ Base (i) WBM Grading 1 (By manual means) Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 KN (Eighty to hundred kilo Newton) static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/ binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 1 (one) as per technical specification clause 405. 90mm to 40mm (Ninety millimeter to forty millimeter) size with in all leads and lifts and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 KN (Eighty to hundred kilo Newton) static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/ binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 as per technical specification clause 405. WBM Grade II (two) 63mm to 40mm (Sixty three millimeter to forty millimeter) size with in all leads and lifts and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 KN (Eighty to hundred kilo Newton)static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/ binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per technical specification clause 405. WBM Grade III (three) 50mm to 25mm (Fifty millimeter to twenty five millimeter) size with in all leads and lifts and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
Providing and applying prime coat with bituminous (VG-10(ten)) primer at the rate of 1.0 kg per sqm (one point zero kilogram per square meter). On existing WBM surface cleaned with mechanical brooms as per HPPWD/MORD specification clause 502 with in all leads and lifts and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
Providing and applying tack coat with paving mulsion RS-1(one) using emulsion distribution at the rate 0.25 kg-0.30 kg(zero point two five kilogram to zero point three zero kilogram) per square kilometre on the prepared Granular surface created with Primer and clean With hydraulic broom as per drawing & MORD technical specification clause 503, including hauling/carriage of all labour equipment and material to various locations all mode of transportation in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
20mm thick open graded Premix Carpet using Bituminous (VG-10(ten)) penetration grade Binder: Providing, laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20mm (twenty millimeter) thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6mm (thirteen point two millimeter to five point six millimeter) aggregates using penetration grade bitumen (VG-10 (ten) to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared surface/ base including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN (Eighty to hundred kilo Newton) static roller capacity, finished to required level and grade to be followed by seal coat of either type B as per drawing and MORD technical specification clause 506 including hauling/carriage of all labour equipment and material to various locations all mode of transportation in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminuos surface laid to the specofied levels, grade and cross fall using type B as per technical specification clause 510.(Bitumen VG-10) including hauling/carriage of all labour equipment and material to various locations all mode of transportation in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
