Supply and Fixing 12mm thick plywood (7 ply) in replacement of existing newar from GI Charpoy commercial grade of size (1.98m x 0.92m) including necessary drilling holes iron GI pipe n exe. 6mm dia depth exe 25mm & n exe 40mm and also drilling holes in 12mm thick plywood including and providing nuts ,bolts & washers (Machine made) length of bolt n exe 75 mm & dia of shunk 10mm alongwith mild steel square pipe of size 25mm x 25mm as stiffners (02 Nos) for supporting the plywood alongwith one coat of red oxide primer on MS stiffners and nut & bolts complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge/BSO. Make of plywood : Century ply/Archid Ply/Kitply/Bhutan Board. Rest all as per drawing No FD-220.

Supply and Fixing in repair old damaged plastic cane from chair verandah and re-canning with 4 mm wide plastic cane beading mat pattern, for SEAT,complete all as specified and shonw on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : AJAY or equivelent as approved. Rest all as per drawing No FD-256.

Taking out/ dismantling of worn out Seat Frame and back frame from chair CB steel without Arm and supply and fixing new Seat Frame and fixed in the same chair canniing with 2mm wide halfround plastic cane and 4mm wide halfround plastic cane for border (Godrej pattern) including applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (first quality) over a coat of primer after preparation of surface for Seat Frame & Back Frame all items fixing as per drawing No FD-75M.

Taking out/ dismantling of worn out Seat Frame and back frame from Chair CB steel with Arm and supply and fixing new Seat Frame and fixed in the same chair with canning with 2mm wide halfround plastic cane and 4mm wide halfround plastic cane for border (Godrej pattern) including applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (first quality) over a coat of primer after preparation of surface for Seat Frame & Back Frame all items fixing as per drawing No FD-75M.

Supply and Fixing in repair to Steel Almirah medium and providing new components for 125 mm long steel chromium plated handle. Including 6 lever MS lock 50 mm with brass link and lever with duplicate keys of suitable pattern and locking device as per existing pattern for almirah medium/ large and also painting on Steel Almirah medium/ large. Rest all as per drawing No FD-1032.

Taking down unserviceable /worn out of CHAIR REVOLVING /COMPUTER /EXECUTIVE GODREJ PATTERN WITH ARMS including supply and fixing new components as shown on drawing ,for foam cushion, 32mm density of size ( as per sample) for Bottom of chair fixed on commercial plywood 12 mm BWR grade, and covered with best quality of tapestry cloth (as per sample), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make of foam : SLEEPWELL, make of plywood : Century ply/Archid Ply/Kitply. Rest all as per drawing.

All as per item No 11.00 here-in-before but foam, 32 density of size (as per sample) for Heigh Back of chair fixed on commercial plywood 12mm BWR and covered with best quality of tapestry cloth (as per sample). Make of foam : SLEEPWELL, Make of plywood : Century ply/Archid ply/Kit ply.

Suppy only of table Computer all prelaminated particle board used in manufacturing of top, shelves, drawers, tray shall be 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board. The frame of table shall be of 25mm squre pipe of wall thickness not lss than 1.6mm. the top of table shall be provided with 4mm thick teak wood beading. the legs shall be made out of 25mmx50mm MS rectangular CR pipe of 18 gauge. Each leg shall be provided with rectangular PVC cover made to shape on front side only . the drawers shall be provided with telescopic channel 300mm long . the legs shall also be provided with nylon buffers, rest all as per drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge/BSO. Note:- All wood surfaces shall be French polished with high gloss finish. Rest all as per drawing No FD/E6/MAP/03.
