M & L Point wiring complete with 1100volt grade PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded 1.5 sqmm copper conductor cable confirming to IS 694 FRLS drawn through and including rigid PVC casing caping medium grade of size 25 mm, etc fixed on wall/ceiling including provision of 1.5 sqmm PVC unsheathed copper conductor and connected to earth dolly, including provision of modular metal fush box module include modular white cover plate with frame top cover for housing switches sockets etc concealed on wall including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed for the following:-

Taking down unserviceable ceiling/exhaust fan and opening the body cover of ceiling fan/exhaust fan, any type, any make and cutting the existing winding without damaging the stator removing the coil insulation and putting new wire of suitable gauge with correct number of turns of auxiliary and main winding, and removing old damged bearings of any capacity and fixing new bearings, varnishing and baking complete and soldering new lead of copper wire three core cables of size 23/0.0076 testing, refixing and commissioning complete including transportation from area of AGE E/M Goa to workshop complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes [Note:- Ball bearing should be measured & paid seperately in given schedule item]

(a) Ceiling Fan 1200mm sweep complete all as specified and directed

(b) Exhaust fan up to 300 mm sweep complete all as specified and directed

(c) Exhaust fan up to 150 mm sweep complete all as specified and directed

Supply only in repairs ball bearing suitable size for ceiling fan any type and any make complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs capacitor of the following capacity including removing old one complete all as specified and directed.

(a) 2.5mfd complete all as specified and directed

(b) 4 mfd complete all as specified and directed

M & L Painting of ceiling fans complete, in situ with synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler, one coat after cleaning all dust etc and dismantling of ceiling fans of any make, any sweep from the site , keeping aside in store yard in safe custody for servicing , greasing including replacement of old and unserviceable nuts , bolt, rubber seal, bush, bearing, capacitor, split pin and reassembling the fan complete including re-fixing at the site complete all as specified and directed. [Note: New spares will be measured and paid separately as supply only under relevant items of schedule 'A']

M & L Painting of exhaust/Air circulated fans complete, in situ with synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler, one coat after cleaning all dust etc and dismantling of exhaust / air circulator fans of any make, any sweep from the site , keeping aside in store yard in safe custody for servicing , greasing including replacement of old and unserviceable nuts , bolt, rubber seal, bush, bearing, capacitor, split pin and reassembling the fan complete including re-fixing at the site complete all as specified and directed [Note: New spares will be measured and paid separately as supply only under relevant items of schedule 'A']

S & F in repairs exhaust fan made of sturdy Engineering plastic 150mm sweep, 900 RPM suitable for working on 230V, 50Hz, AC, SPN supply complete with louvers and frame fixed with suitable size GI bolts, nuts and washers duly grouted and connecting up with 0.75Sq.mm size 3 core PVC insulated flexible cable with multistranded copper conductor from ceiling rose to connector of exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed [Note :- Old removed exhaust fan shall be deposited in MES store]

S & F in repairs LED tube light fitting 1 x 20 W, 230V wall mounted integrated batten, 4 ft LED module shall confirm to IS 16103 and shall bear BIS certification marking complete with all accessories internally pre- wired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable sizes complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs LED tube light fitting 1 x 10 W, 230V wall mounted integrated batten, 2 ft LED module shall confirm to IS 16103 and shall bear BIS certification marking complete with all accessories internally pre- wired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable sizes complete all as specified and directed.

[Note - 02 run of 4 Sqmm, 01 run of 4 Sqmm as earth conductor and 01 run of PVC casing caping/counduit will be measured as one length]

[Note - 02 run of 6 Sqmm, 01 run of 6 Sqmm as earth conductor and 01 run of PVC casing caping/counduit will be measured as one length]
