Removing the pre filters for external cleaning of AHUs cooling coil with suitable chemical. Spraying the chemical from both side of the coil, soaking the coil till the dirt is completely loosen, washing the cooling coil with high pressure jet water from the back and front side of coil till the coil is free from dirt, silt and algae formation, straightening of AL fins of coil, i/c cleaning of runner, drain tray, drain line, AHU panels and cleaning of AHUs room etc. Cleaning with chemical and pressure washing of pre filters of the same AHU and refixing the same in its original position etc. as required and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge for the following AHU.

80 to 90TR capacity AHU

Cleaning of HDPE/Metallic/micro vee/synthetic air filters of AHU's and transporting the same outside the building. Cleaning the filters by air blower/water.,refixing the same in its original position as required for the following capacity AHUs.

80 TR TO 90 TR Capacity AHUs

Cleaning of Supply Grills/Return grills, Dummy grills and diffuser (approx 200 nos. of different sizes) of different size AC system of different area by soft broom/vacuum cleaner in its original position as required.

Cleaning and servicing of manually operated volume control damper and motorized fire control damper placed at supply air duct in the AHU room including oiling, greasing and checking the operation of damper etc and refitting the same etc as required.

Providing and fixing double layer canvas connection supported with GI Strip in between AHU and supply air duct after removing the worn out canvas connection etc as required.

Supply and fixing of 15/25 mm dia defective Air release valve along with accessories at the existing chilled water pipeline complete as required.

Supply and fixing of Fenner make Poly F plus V-Belt (size-:B98/B-102) at AHUs complete as required.

Supply and fixing of Fenner make Poly F plus V-Belt (size : SPA-2720) at Old ITB AHU complete as required.

Water purging of entire Chilled water pipeline of whole DTB area for cleaning the rust/dust of pipe line and water purging refilling the water in entire pipe line properly as required.

Cleaning the Make-up Water Tank by discharge of the complete water tank, clean the whole tank by suitable cleaning agent and refilling the water properly after cleaning the tank complete as required.

Servicing & Cleaning of Electrical Panel of 80 to 90 TR capacity AHUs including minor repair / replacement during servicing but excluding replacement of contractor, timer etc. complete as required.

Complete dismantling of 90 TR Capacity AHU Motor and Heat Vernishing the Motor and finally re-installation the Motor in it's original position , connecting the Electrical connection of Motor complete as required.

Complete dismantling of Motor Pulley & Runner Pulley of 90 TR capacity AHU and Replacement of the Motor Pulley & Runner Pulley by new one , alignment the both Pulleys properly etc. complete as required.

Repair the AHU Door including necessary Hardware accessories like Handle , Hinge , Screw etc. for proper closing during AHU operation etc. complete as required.

Servicing , Cleaning & Checking of Electrical , Electronics , Control's wiring & Mechanical Equipments of 400 TR Capacity Carrier make Screw Chiller with proper Checking / Operation of Contractors , Mother Board , Control Wire , Compressor etc. including minor repair of the Chiller plant if required etc. complete as per the site condition .

Wet Cleaning of Condenser Coil , Fan Motor Assembly and others required equipment of 400 TR Capacity Carrier make Screw Chiller.

Dismantling the existing damaged/wornout cement plaster , chicken wire mesh & vapour barrier of chilled water pipe line insulation and providing & fixing with new vapour barrier , chicken wire mesh , 1/2" thick sand cement plastering (1 Cement : 4 Sand) including painting complete as required.

Carring out Leak Test for identifying the leakage and thereafter rectification of the identified leakage for the 400 TR capacity Screw Chiller and topping up of suitable refrigerent as per site condition for proper functioning of Chiller unit complete as required.

Identification of fault of Mother board for 400 TR capacity Carrier make Screw Chiller and further rectification of the same for proper functioning of the Mother board display etc. complete as required.

Complete dismantling of 50 HP Secondary Pump Motor and Replacement the Motor Bearing by new one & Rewinding the Motor and finally re-installation the Pump Motor , alignment the Pump & Motor side properly , connecting the Electrical connection of Motor complete as required.

Complete dismantling of 20 HP Primary Pump Motor and Replacement the Motor Bearing by new one & Rewinding the Motor and finally re-installation the Pump Motor , alignment the Pump & Motor side properly , connecting the Electrical connection of Motor complete as required.

Dismantling the unserviciable 300 mm C. I. wheel Valve with NRV from Chilled Water Line of Condenser Pump & SITC of 300 mm C. I. wheel Valve with NRV including necessary others hardware accessories complete as required.

SITC of 1/2" & 1/4" Copper Pipe with Nitrile Insulation for 1.5/2.0 TR Split AC.

SITC of 1" Dia Hard PVC Pipe for Drain Line on wall surface complete as required.

SITC of 4 Core x 2.5 Sq.mm pvc sheathed unarmoured copper conductor Cable on wall surface complete as required.

Installation of 1.5/2.0 TR Capacity High Wall Split Air-Conditioner & Dismantling the AC Unit after complete the Haj Movement.
