SBH SHORING & SHUTTERING ( SBH Standard Box S 600 for Trench and Manhole Shoring Including all Accessories): Supplying all material, Labour, T & P and providing, fixing of SBH-S600 type shoring in trenches for RCC pipe laying , Manholes & Sewerage connecting chambers including removal after laying of RCC sewers ,construction of manholes, sewer connecting chambers & back filling including all taxes, duties all complete as per the specification and the direction of the engineer. The S600 series SBH shoring is suitable for depth upto 4.0 m and it is divided into two parts. The bottom portion is 2.4 m high coupled with cutting edge and the top is 1.4 m high. The shoring boxes are supported by adjustable and swivelable spindles from a width of 1.00 m to 4.25 m.The length of the box is 3.5m each of plate thickness 107 mm to 127 mm.Spindle maximum working width will be 1.16 m to 4.26 m.Pre excavation maximum 1.25 m . The shoring plates are to be pushed in and not battered. Plate not to be pushed more than 500 mm the one side and limiting the swiveling angle of the spindles to +/- 8 deg. Supplying all materials labour T & P for with cement concrete (1:1½:3) for bedding work using 12 mm size crusher broken granites chips including cost, tax, lead,watering curing etc.all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying all materials, labour and T&P for Transportation of excavated material & disposing upto 5KM from work site including loading, unloading & stacking, supplying of all labours, tools & plants etc. all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Penstock gate- Suopply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of CI Thimble mounted Sluice Gate manually operated, Rising Spindle type, Sluice gates are as per IS 13349 including all taxes, Freight, loading, unloading, fitting in position including, Sluice gates are upward opening, wall thimble mounted suitable for isolating the flow of sewer into out of the opening in the wall. It consists of gate frame, wall thimble, gate slide, shutter, seating/sealing faces,. The gates will be provided with pads on sides, top and bottom to mount the wedges. The gate shall be designed in such a manner, so that it can be operated at 2meter head. Gate frame and shutter of CI grade IS 210 FG 260.Head stock assembly bolts & SS AST A276 type 316, stem, Operating nut SS ASTM 276 type 316, Duty tested for tensile strength, tested for overall mesions as per approved GA drawing complete in all respect as per specifications and directions of Engineer for following Peak Flow and depth upto 3:00mtr.

Supply , Fabrication and fixing of stainless steel (SS-316) Coarse Bar screen (Mechanically raked) with flat bar 50mm x 10mm spacing of Bars 50mm suitable for running in chhannel of specified size with iclination not more than 75 degree complete in all respect as per technical specification and the direction of the engineer for following PEAK FLOW and upto 3mtr channel depth.
