Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards(fibre, pulp,insulation etc) or insulation board/slabs/blankets any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing 'E' board 605 x 605 x 4 mm thick white prelaminated set & embosed, reinforced, designer ceiling board tiles of approved texture fixed at all height laid on hot dipped galvanised iron imposed grid with 24 mm wide T-section exposed flanges which shall be powder coated, white,.the frame work shall comprises of main runner made from 0.33 mm thick galvanised steel sheet and of size 24 x 32 x 300 mm and spaced at 1200 mm center to center fixed to be structural soffits by approved hangers at 1200 mm rawl center, hangers of GI wire 4 mm dia to be fixed by approved rawl plug, level and fasteners and screws etc., the last hanger at the end of each main runner shall not be greater than 450 mm from adjacent wall, flush fitting of 120 mm long cross tee (with double stiching) to be interlocked between main runners at 600 mm center to center, size 1200 x 600 mm modules, cross tee longer than 600 mm to be supported independently on 600 x 600 mm moduler to be formed by fitting 600 mm long cross tee centrally between the 1200 mm cross tee. S & F Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick printed pvc sheet used instead of plain colour pvc sheet including of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 12mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade prelaminated one side with decorativen choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination fixed with screw to timber/MS frame work complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs 10 ltrs capacity PVC valveless syphonic action type flushing cistern low level white , with inlet ball valve, float and handle including bracket and flush pipe of polyethylene of low or high density or PVC 32 mm dia for low level cistern complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Bib taps cast copper alloy chromium plated fancy type with crutch or butterfly handle screw down ,screwed for iron pipe or or brass ferrule for 15 mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not other wise provided complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel ramed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails,braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering,running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete of grade Fe 410-W (Gde E-250), etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for wind ties for roof including securingbolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauze, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing water tanks capacity exc 500 ltr n exc 1000Lts and removing to store complete all as specified and directed.

Note : water tank shall be ISI marked and having minimum three layers.

M&L one coat of synthetic enamel paint on Old surface steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth including preparation of old surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new steel surface of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth, and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of brick work with built in cement mortarcomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with modular fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius wall built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster including racking out joints hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 10mm thick in cement plaster 1:6 on surfaces other than fair faces of brick work and surface finished even fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in cement plaster 1:4 on surfaces fair faces of brick work and surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately).

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of oil bound distemper white/coloured or tinted on new decorated surfaces of walls over and incl 1 mm thick wall care putty on wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of cement base paint incl preparation of new surface of wall over and including a coat of alkali resistant primer paint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs for vitreous china squatting pan “Orissa” pattern, size 580 X 440 mm, white with integral foot rest (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) but including connection to trap, and to flushing pipe, anti-syphonage pipe etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Total contract sum shall be calculated after deduction of schedule of credit amount of Rs. 18,270.00.
