Dismantling C.G.I. sheet roofing including ridges, hips, valleys, gutters etcetera stacking the serviceable material and disposal of un- serviceable materials within 20 metres lead, within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive, toll taxes, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm (Zero decimal Six Zero milimetres) thick prepainted steel sheet ISI marked - Z 120 of tata Durashine/ sail / reliance / jindal in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RMP) organic coating of 20 (Twenty) microns over 5 (Five) microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 (five) microns over 5 (Five) microns primer fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks,bolts and nuts with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accessories as required, within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive, toll taxes, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing factory made ridges or hips having proper gola shape 60 cm (Sixty centimetres) over all with 0.60mm (Zero decimal Sixty milimetres) thick Tata Dura shine prepainted steel sheet ISI marked - Z 120 of sail / relience / Jindal Tata with hot dipped metallic Zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyester (RMP) organic coating of 20 (Twenty) microns over 5 (Five) microns primer coating of back coat of polyester of 5 (Five) microns over 5 (Five) microns primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm (Six milimetres) diametres with prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required, within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and fixing valleys 90 cm (ninety centimetres) over all over all with 0.60mm (Zero decimal Six zero milimetres) thick prepainted sheet ISI marked - Z 120 of sail / TATA / relience / Jindal roofing with hot dipped metallic Zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyester (RMP) organic coating of 20 (Twenty) microns over 5 (five) micron primer coating, back coat of polyster of 5 (Five) microns including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm (Six milimetres) diametres with prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required, within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Structural steel work of Tata / Sail riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. as per approved drawing, design, specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing plain M.S. B.P. sheet TATA/SAIL/JINDAL 2.00 mm (Two decimal zero millimeter) thick fixed in eaves board / facia / soffits /ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel rafter, member and applying a coat of red lead primer with gas/ electric welding in position complete (frame work is to be measured and paid for separately), within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive, toll taxes, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing glazing in door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etcetera with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etcetera complete, with float glass panes of 5.5 mm ( Five decimal five milimetre) thickness (weight not less than 13.75 kg/sqm ( thirteen decimal seventy five kilogram per square metre) of modi guard / saint gobain, within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive, toll taxes, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing polycarbonate tranparent sheet 1.20mm ( one decimal twenty milimetre) in roofing with galvanised J or L hooks botls and nuts with G.I. Limpet and bitumen rubber washer complete with all accessories as required, within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive, toll taxes, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Dismantling wooden paneling / board and partition above door level including frame work and stacking the metrial within 50 mtrs. (fifty metres) lead, within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and fixing 4mm ( four milimetre) thick First Class indian teak ply wooden paneling above door level over 50x30mm ( fifty into thirty milimetres) soft wood gird frame work at 600mm ( six hundred milimetres) centre to centre and over 19mm( nineteen milimetres) thickness play board with decorative teak wood beading over teak ply of size 25x12mm ( twenty five into twelve milimetres) having moulding on both side cornice / edging on the top of paneling to be finished with 55x30mm ( fifty five into thirty milimetres) teak wood beading as per detail planking tongued and grooved, within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive, toll taxes, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing French polish of Asian / Dulax / Berger / Nerolac Suraksha on wooden surface to give an even surface including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and sand papered smooth two or more coats on new works to given the shade and including a coat of wood filler, within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive, toll taxes, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.
