M&L for rendering 10mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 with water proofing compound as per manufacture instructions by weight of cement and finish the surface even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. [ Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately]

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface and applying two coat of oil bound distemper on walls over one coat of chalk white, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on existing wall surface and applying two coat of oil bound distemper on walls over one coat of chalk white, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall ceiling board (fibre, pulp, insulation etc.) or insulation board / slabs / of any thickness including cover fillets & including throwing debris outside of ND (V) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix anodised aluminium snap grid frame work of size 605 x 605 mm using main and cross tee of size 15mm x 15 mm x 1.5 mm ( weight not less than 0.12kg /RM) and wall angle of size 40mm x 25 mm x 2mm ( weight not less than 0.36 kg /RM) and perforated fibre board for insulation and acoustic purpose 60cm x 60 cm in size and thicknees 5 to 6 mm , fixed with screws to the aluminium frame work in ceiling with hanger 6mm dia GI (up to 1200 mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slab by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3 mm size 60 mm long and expansion hold fastners 12.5 mm dia 40 mm long complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling taking out Complete central AC plant from the Plant room, Duct from auditorium wall, AHU from AHU room, Cooling tower from Roof top, all MS/GI pipes, Valves, Electric cables and LT panels, removing old foundations complete and transportation and deposit of Central AC Plant unit with motor and condenser, AHU, water pump sets, Cooling towers, LT panel boards to store yard of GE (I) DM and other items to keep in safe custody like MS/GI pipes, valves, Cables, MS ducts for credit to contractor.
