Supply of 11 TR Non inverter type air cooled package AC unit. The package units shall comprise of fan, cooling coil, filter, and expansion device with hermitic scroll compressors, air cooled condenser and condenser fan. If multiple compressors are offered, independent refrigerent circuits shall be provided. the compressors shall cut off under load condition. The units shall have microprocessor controlls. The scope shall include all supports for the package units and connect the indoor unit with new ducts. The units shallbe factory assembled and the unit shall be suitable to operate 3 ph, 415 v, 50Hz, ac supply. Supply of R-410-A refrigerent gas is also included in the scope of the supplier. Make : Blue star, Carrier, Daikin, Voltas.

Supply of GSS (Galvanised steel sheet) rectangular/round ducting- fabricated at site. Including bends, plenum, canes, volume dampers, inspection door, suspension srrangement and with canvas connection as required. GSS Sheet metal rectangular/round ducting as per IS 655-2006 (24 SWG)

Supply of 18 G hard drawn copper refrigerent piping (suction and discharge)of suitable dia/size, duly insulated with elbows, T joints, sleeves etc with GSS slotted rail supporting arrangement and GI clamp for individual pipes,16 mm thick nitrile rubber sleeves.

Supply of PVC drain piping of suitable size and insulated with 9mm thickness nitrile rubber insultion, section should be open and Gum pasted with PVC pipe

Supply of Canvas connection of fire retardant quality for connecting indoor unit to ducting/plenum

Supply of PVC insulated armoured control cum transmission wiring with suitable gauge in suitable GI conduits including bends, connectors etc complete between indoor and outdoor unit.

Supply of accoustic insulation with 13 mm thickness Nitrile rubber sheet class O- open cell with adhesive of low conductiviity & density.

Supply of external thermal insulation on ducts with 13 mm thick of nitrile rubber sheet. The insulation should have fire rating of class 0

Supply of aluminiumpowder coated Supply air grills with MS volume control damper

Supply of Aluminium powder coated Return air grills without volume control damper

Supply of GI control duct damper complete with neoprene gaskets, nuts, bolts, screws, linkages, flanges etc

Description of Work / Item(s)

Installation, testing and commissioning of 11 TR Non inverter type air cooled package AC unit. Charging of R-410-A refrigerent gas is also included in the scope of the supplier. installation of floor mounted evaporation units with compressor 7 outdoor type condenser unit. The outdoor unit is to be installed on terrace/outdoor with suitable size of ms frame,its legs grouted by using cement & sand etc. OR installed on outer wall duty supported with suitable size of ms angle iron frame and mechanics, including providing anti vibration pads, flexible canvas & topping up of R-410 A refrigerent gas as mentioned in the technical specification of OEM after vacuum and pressure testing complete and for out door unit with MS Stand etc as directed.
