REPAIR MAINTENANCE AND REPLACEMENT OF LT PANELS SWITCHGEARS SERVICE CABLES AND MISC WORKS AT PALAMPUR MIL STN

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exeeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for removing/laying of cable etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling excavated soil in trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated soil to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Sand cushioning to under ground cable with a layer of sand 8 cm before laying the cable and 15 cm after laying the cable (10 cm punned thickness above the top of the upper most cable, total 18 cm), complete all as specified and directed.

Sub class “B” brick, old size, brick covering laid dry, flat, transversally along the length of cable on sand cushioning, with width equal, to length of the brick, complete all as specified and directed.and directed.

GI tubing (light grade) with all fitting laid in trenches or along pole/bldg or under road crossing and protection pipe or fixed alongwith wall/pole with necessary clamp nut bolt and washer complete all as specified and directed of following sizes:-

40 mm bore

50 mm bore

80mm bore

S&F the following component in existing LT Panel boards including disconnecting and taking down at different lacation complete all as specified and directed.:-

Voltmeter Digital type 0- 500 Volts

Ammeter Digital type of 400 Amps capacity

Phase indicator lamp neon type complete with holder assy RYB

CT coils any capacity.

M&L for site clearance of electrical installation/four pole by cleared of shurbs, vegetation cutting of grass, bush, wood trees not exceeding 30cm dia branches and roots and leveling of area and removal of same outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of rubber mat, 1100 Volts of size 2.00m x 1.00m x 10mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair of danger notice plate 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 20 X 15cm size complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out existing LT under ground cable 1100 volts grade PVC insulated armoured aluminium conductor from tranches/ ducts / pipe, on wall, poles of following size and removing unserviceable cable from site to store :-

Disconnecting the existing cable from panel/pole, preparing the end for jointing including all earth work and supply and fixing cable end termination including sleeves heat shrinkable joint suitable for LT XLPE cable of size 16 to 50 Sqmm, 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

All as per the description of serial item No 13 here-in-before but of size 70 to 120 Sqmm.

Disconnecting the existing cable from panel/pole, preparing the end for jointing including all earth work and supply and fixing straight through heat shrinkable joint suitable for LT XLPE cable of size 16 to 50 Sqmm, 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

All as per the description of serial item No 15 here-in-before but of size 70 to 120 Sqmm.

S&F MCCB suitable for 415 Volts, 3 phase 4 pole thermal magnetic release adjustable type, to be fixed in existing LT Panel and connecting with suitable size terminal contact with stranded PVC insulated copper cable with copper lugs complete all as specified and directed of the following capacity:-

250 Amps four pole (36 KA)

160 Amps four pole (25 KA)

125 Amps four pole (16 KA)

100 Amps four pole (16 KA)

M&L for preparation of existing old painted steel surfaces of any description such as panels any height and painted inside and outside (strictly as per existing shade) complete after scratching existing rusted surface then applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint with colour as directed over a coat of red oxide primer (superior quality) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of unserviceable copper bus bar of any size of exisiting LT Panel mounted on insulators including cutting/welding/drilling, making connection and testing all as directed at site.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of CPRI approval LT panel board, outdoor type, floor mounted, factory made suitable for 415 volt, 3 PH, 4 wire , 50 HZ , AC supply system having busbars chamber with copper bus bars duly insulated by insulation of RYB colour 400 Amps rating mounted on porcelain insulators. The panels shall be factory made, double door, made out of 3.15mm thick MS Sheet (CRCA) totally enclosed dust, vermin & rust proof front operated, front & rear opening with locking arrangement fixed with MS angle iron frame of sie 40X40X6 mm and duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer with colour as directed including internal wiring with multistranded copper conductor cable of suitable size including lugs and cable gland to incoming and outgoing cable etc all as directed at site and comprising of the following:- (A) IN COMMING (a) MCCB four pole 415 Volts AC supply 250 A, thermal magnetic release type 35 KA-01 No (b) Panel mounted multi function meter for measuring Voltage (0-500) Volts Current (0-400 Amps) and frequency-01 No (c) RYB LED indicating lamp panel mounting type (Set of three ) - 01 N0. Mild steel galvanised chain link fencing of appropriate size for outdoor transformer of rectangular size of 10' x 12' x 8' with complete supports of 50x6mm angle iron embedded in block of PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) of size 0.30 mtr x 0.30 mtr x 0.50 mtr duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including 1.8 m wide steel gate complete all as specified and directed.
