Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC ( 1:3:6) Type C-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in hard standing /path /sub base finished to an even and fair surfaces.

M&L forming contraction (Dummy) joints 65 mm deep x 10 mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade 'A'.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh from concrete Post/struts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 2 mm dia MS galavanised coated Chain Link fencing 60 x 60 mm size complete all as specified Make:-Tata or Equivalent

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wirers, any mesh any type of standards, rails ,straining bolts etc including provn of binding wire complete all as specified

Dismantling structural steel work incl doors, gates but excluding framed trusses.

S & F MS work in railings, balusters ,posts and struts in fencing etc including cutting tops to shape as directed ,including all necessary welding ,drilling bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to FE 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified

S&F framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc. complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors etc to be prepared for hanging with and including hooks and hinges, also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe-410W (Gde-E-250)

M&L painting to new steel and iron surface exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over 1 coat of primer including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of precast block masonry built in cement in cement mortar or cement lime mortar.

M & L precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks ,exc. 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 Type C1 1:3:6 (20 mm graded stone aggregate)

M&L Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, 10 cm thick and setting in CM 1:6 Type C1 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregate)

M&L for rending 15mm thick in CM 1:4, and making surfaces fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

M&L 20 mm thick screed bedding layers in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes tiles.

M&L chequered cement concrete tiles 20 cm x 20 cm x 25 mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigments.

Demolition of cement concrete un-reinforced in any position not otherwise specifically provided for.

M & L Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out soft loose soil all as specified and directed.

M & L Hardcore of gauge exc 63mm but n exc. 100 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface and watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC ( 1:4:8) type D-2,using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in hardstanding/path/sub base finished to an even and fair surfaces.

M & L Hard core broken stone or boulders of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick and watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified.

M&L machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape and size conforming to IS-15658-2006 of 60mm thickness,M-35 grade fixed with grey cement and no pigments.

Providing cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in kerbs,mud stops ,rounded or chamfered on edges.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, laid dry all as specified and directed.

M & L for Walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:4 all as specified and directed

M & L for Keyed pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto course in cm 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.
