Supplying, design, loading, unloading, installing, testing and commissioning outdoor type floor mounted step down transformer 11000/433 volts (at no load) capacity 250 KVA, AC 3 phase 50 HZ double copper wound oil immerged naturally cooled with external cooling tube core type delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector symbol DYn-11 (Vector group) with neutral brought out on secondary side (LV side) and having tapping at 2.5% interval from -7.5% to + 7.5% on HV side having facility to be changed voltage by means of hand operated off load tap changing gear. The maximum temperature rise should not exceed 50 degree Celsius in oil and 55 degree Celsius in HV/LV winding from ambient tempreture when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run in ambient temp of 40 degree Celsius. The transformer shall confirm IS : 1180 and latest relevant IS and ECBC marked and shall comprise of the following :- (a) One cable box on HV side (primary side) with 3 Nos porcelain bushing with arcing horn suitable for 11 KV complete with bushing copper rods, nuts and washers. (b) One cable box on LT side (secondary side) consisting of four nos porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washers with two nos cables glands, suitable for incoming/outgoing of 3 1/2 core 240 Sqmm LT 1100 volt grade XLPE insulated & PVC Sheathed armoured heavy duty cable including glands, joint and jointing materials complete. (c) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level indicator gauge. (d) De-hydrating breather (TRANSPARENT TYPE) with first fill dehydrating agent (silica gel) (e) Explosive vent. (f) Thermometer pocket with temperature indicator on tank cover. (g) Two earthing terminal's on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 32x6mm galvanised iron earth strip for earthing of neutral & body.

(h) Rating plate and terminal marking plate. (i) Oil drain filter valve. (j) Lifting lugs. (k) Oil filling hole with cap/plug with connecting plate complete. (l) Air release valve . (m) Four plain solid cost steel detachable rollers . (n) Extra bushing for neutral, outside the LT cable box for providing independent earthing for neutral. (o) First filling of new and unused transformer oil IS-335/93 (fourth revision) marked filtered and tested for not less than 50 KV dielectric strength at 2.5 mm air gap between testing electrodes. (p) Brick work foundation suitable for 250 KVA Step down transformer, having 100 mm PCC on top type C1 (1:3:6) at top and PCC B2 (1:4:8) at bottom complete all as directed at site. Note :- (i) Certificate of dielectric strength will be provided by contractor after initial filling of oil.

M&L for switch air break gang operated, outdoor, triple pole mechanically operated mounted on HT 11KV insulators (12 insulators type) and MS galvanized steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level including operating rod for current rating up to 200 Amps 11000 volts complete with locking arrangement MS clamps, bolts and nuts and washers etc also including drop out expulsion type of fuses with fuse barrels of required capacity to suit load at site including two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer on MS work complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.
