Material and labour for taking down and transporting of celling fan 1200 /1400 mm from any location inside Harni Camp & Harni Air fIeld stn to MES E/M store yard for stripping of fan washing thoroughly of bearing/bush by petrol, washing/cleaning fan blade, body thoroughly, greasing and oiling complete and replacement of wornout/defective unserviceable parts (wherever necessary) reassembling the same after repair/replacement of defective and unserviceable parts including provision of twisted twin core flexible wire of size 23/0.0076 (ISI marked) not less than 0.5 sqmm and testing the fan on full load to entire satisfaction and hanging/refixing at existing location complete all as specified and directed. Note for ser item No 1 to 4 : Wornout/defective parts shall be measured and paid as supply only items under respective item of BOQ

Material and labour for rewinding exhaust fan of any make and any size with super enamelled copper wire of suitable size/gauge including all insulation materials, varnishing and heating and testing on load complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rewinding pedestal fan/wall mounted fan of size 400mm sweep with super enamelled copper wire of suitable size/gauge including replacement of bearings and all insulation materials, varnishing, heating and testing on load complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rewinding wall mounted air circulators of size 600mm sweep with super enamelled copper wire of suitable size/gauge including replacement of bearings and all insulation materials, varnishing, heating and testing on load complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only ball bearing of any size suitable for any type/make of ceiling fan including testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only gun metal bush suitable for table/ wall mounted fan/ pedestal fan of any size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only fan blades (set of three) of any make/type of ceiling fan of size 1200/1400mm sweep complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair capaciator 240 volts AC 2.5 MFD suitable for ceiling fan including condensor spacer and soldering of condenser wire to fan wire and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair capaciator 240 Volts 4 MFD suitable for exhaust fan/Pedestal Fan including testing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair unserviceable rubber seals, including hanging bolts, nuts, washer split pins of appropriate size as required complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for spray painting of ceiling fan, fan blades, down rod, canopy etc with a coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and quality including preparation of old painted surfaces, cleaning etc complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per item no 15.00 above but for exhaust fan any size.

S&F in repair plastic canopy upper and lower of any size any make of ceiling fan fixed with suitable size of screws complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully copper / aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power complete) including fittings, such as switches, ceiling roses, pendant holders, Batten holders, shades conical fan regulators, light or power sockets etc removing materials from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls roofs etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated and PVC unsheathed (FRLS) multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 volt grade enclosed in and including PVC casing and capping with accessories fixed on surface of walls/ceiling by means of PVC sleeves Dash fastners and cadmium plated screws all as per ISI including sunk type boxes for mounting fitting like switches, socketes fan regulators with 3 mm thick phenolic Laminated sheet top covers concealed in walls etc including 1.5 Sqmm single core multi stranded copper conductor PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS cable as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed for the following :-

M&L for drawing through existing conduit system of wiring, concealed point wiring complete with multistranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm size PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volt grade, conforming IS 694 & color code drawing in existing conduit system of wiring, complete, sunk in pressed existing steel terminal boxes of available size with providing top cover 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet fixed with brass screw and washer with all accessories including single core solid conductor copper 1.5 sqmm size solid PVC insulated unsheathed cable as earth wire to common earth and connected to earth dolly drawn in same conduit complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for flame proof point wiring complete with two runs of 1.5 sqmm single core multistandard copper conductor fire resistant low smoke (FRLS) PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 Volt grade conforming to IS - 694 drawn through and including ERW Steel conduit 25 mm dia (external) flame proof heavy duty grade (IS marked) including all necessary accessories /fixtures concealed in wall/ceiling including suken type pressed steel box with 3 mm thick laminated sheet including providing continous earth wire with one single run of 1.5 sqmm single core multistranded copper FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade conforming to IS -694 complete all as specified and directed for following:-

Note :- Two runs of 6 Sqmm and one run of 4Sqmm alongwith PVC Conduit/PVC Casing Caping shall be measured and paid as one length.

M&L for sub main wiring using two single core 4.0 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with copper conductor 1100 volts grade ISI marked drawing in and including PVC Casing Caping/ PVC Conduit or in existing concealed conduit (as required & directed by Engr-in-Charge) with accessories like bends, tee, etc. fixed on wall and ceiling and connecting to earth dolly and including 2.5.0 Sqmm earth wire, PVC insulated & unsheathed FRLS cable including taking down old underviceable sub main wiring complete all as specified and directed. S&F factory made epoxy polyester powder coated distribution board TP & N 4 way (VTPN DB) with metal door (IP-43 protection) fabricated from minimum 1.6 mm thick CRCA sheet and fixed on wall and suitable for universal mounting and including 200 Amps copper bus bar, Neutral bar, standard DIN rail, earth bar and cable ties for cable management, top and bottom removable gland plates with provn for DPX 160, 4 pole MCCB/TPN and ELM as incommer and 12 SP MCBs outgoings complete all as specified and conforming to IS: 8623 along with cable end box complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- (a) MCBs shall be measured and paid separately. (b) All cables terminating into MCBs shall be connected by using suitable copper lugs/thimbles/sleeves and its cost shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted.
