Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sandstone) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75m. as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete. a) Depth of excavation not exceeding 1500mm

Single Brick Flat Soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with local sand.

Ordinary Cement Concrete M15 (mix1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm down) excluding shuttering and reinforcement, if any, in ground floor as per IS Codes. (a) Pakur Variety

Sand Filling in foundation trenches and at the back of abutments, wing walls etc. with good local sand free from earth ina layer not exceeding 15 cm. including inundating each layer by profuse waer and poking and ramming layer by layer complete including supply of sand. Quality of sand is to be approved by the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and fixing at or near ground level precast cement concrete in kerbs (size: 450 mm x 350 mm x width 150 mm at bottom with bevelled nosing at top) of cement concreat M20 Grade without reinforcement, fixing as per approved pattern and setting in position at site after preparing the bed grade and slopes by laying Cement concrete with jhama khoa (1:4:8) as per specification and direction of Engineer-in- Charge including filling of joints with 10 mm thick cement morter (3:1) and back filling the vertical piece properly with earth duly compacted and curing the morter joints for atleast 3 days including cost and carriage of all materials complete.

Ssupplying and laying in the specified pattern of Interlocking Concrete Black Pavements (ICBP) with concrete blocks (with concrete grade as specified as per table 1 of IS 15658:2006) manufactured from BIS licensee manufacturer, with spacer nib (samll protruding profiles on the vertical face of a paver block used as a device for keeping minimum joint gap in between the paving blocks as CI no. 3.26 of IS: 15658) and of specified size and shape with aspect ration (The ratio of length to thicknes of apaver block as per CI no. 3.3 of IS 15658. as per table 2 of IS 15658 with flexural strength / breaking load as per annexure G of IS:015658 on the prepared base course of specified CBR as per Table 1 of IRC SP 63 (2018) or ele as mentioned in design and drawing with a cushion of compacted beddeing sand of 25-35 mm thick (guarding of the bedding sand as per clause 6.5.1 of IRC SP-63) and filling up the gaps in betwwen paver block with joint filling sand the guarding of the joint filling sand will be as per clause 6.5.2 of IRC SP 63) and completing the edges with cut blocks as per CI no. 8.7 of IRC SSP-63 (2018) with proper cconfinement of bedding and joint fitting sand compaction, levelling and filling up of the edge gap 60 mm thick. Labour for picking up existin distrubed paver block including preparing the existing bed after compaction of the sub grade and sprinkling water and relaying the existing paver block in proper line and level including sand cushioning with existing collected sand at minimum 25 mm thick below paver block, joints all properly filled in with sand

Relaying dusturbed kerb stone on new lime concrete (18:36:100) bed up to 75 mm thick

Protective and Decorative Acrylic exterior emulsion paint over old painted kerb stones of approved quality, as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge as required. The rate includes cost of material, labour, scaffolding and all incidental charges etc) In Ground floor (Two Coat). b) Premium 100% Acrylic Emulsion.

Supplying and laying Polythene Sheet (150gm / sq.m.) over damp proof course or below flooring or roof terracing or in foundation or in foundation trenches.

Removal of rubbish,earth etc. from the working site and disposal of the same beyond the compound, in conformity with the Municipal /Corporation Rules for such disposal, loading into truck and cleaning the site in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge.
