Surveying the site, collecting information about underground utility and other obstructions using suitable sensing equipments, obtaining required sanctions and permissions from local and statutory bodies like KSEB/KSEI/KWA/NHAI/Panchayat prior to HDD
Laying of HDPE pipe of 300 mm OD by HDD method, joining of HDPE pipes by butt fusion welding method, sealing of casing pipes with RCC pits, to prevent water entry including to & fro one time transportation cost of all equipements/manapower etc complete. HDPE casing pipe shall be supplied by the contractor. HDD shall be done at two nearby different locations. viz: one acroos the NH-66 (Approx: 120 Mtrs) and one acroos SH-183A (Apprx: 85 mtrs).
Pulling of following LT power cable 1.1 kV grade XLPE insulated PVC sheated steel armoured aluminium conductor of following sizes through HDPE pipes laid through HDD 3.5 x 300/400 sq.mm
