Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 09 Mtr. long 03 mm thick (Through out the length) G.I. Octagonal pole having galvanization thickness 68-70 micron (Asper BSEN ISO:1461) whose Top Dia 70 mm & Bottom dia -130 mm having 16 mm thick Base Plate of size 200 X 200 X 16 mm with "J" type foundation bolts of M20 x 600 (04 Nos.) and having in-built loop box of IP 66 protected with Self key arrangement (Panel lock) having 04(Four) nos. 63Amp stud connector (ACDC Make/As per EIC), 01 No. 10A neutral link, 01 no. 10A porcelain rewirable kitkat fuse assembly at a height of approx 2.5 mtr from the bottom of pole with Template and Pole should have suitable pole cap and also supply and fixing of Standard Single Arm Bracket of 2 mtr. long, 2 mm thick 50 mm OD GI Pipe suitable for LED Street light fittings. The angle of inclination of the arm brackets will be 105 degrees with the center line of the pole. Each arm of the single arm bracket should have suitable support with a 5 mm triangular GI sheet and 25 mm MS Flat. All screws, nut-bolts, washers should be Steel made. Construction of suitable Shallow foundation for 9 mtr. Octagonal Pole with M-16 grade concrete for Pole considering soil bearing capacity (SBC) 10T/sq. mtr. at 2 Mtr. depth with all materials and labour payment made as per PWD civil schedule & as per direction of EIC. Erection of Pole by using of lifting equipment like hydra etc. and fixing of foundation bolts, anchor plate etc. with necessary arrangement & Testing & commissioning of all electrical equipment of Pole like led fixtures etc. with necessary connection and suitable socketting etc.

S & F of 50 mm dia, 3 mm thick Polythene Pipe inside the pole foundation for cable entry. [1(f)/E-2]

Excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming for soft soil. [1(a)/G-1]

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe (Tata Medium), 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level. Connecting the equipment’s body to earth bus bar including S&F 25 mm x 6 mm galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddles as required and connection to equipment’s incl. drilling holes, with bolts, nuts, washers etc. [5(d)/G-3]

Supplying & drawing of 1.1 KV. Gr. 3 core 1.5 sq. mm PVC insulated Cu. Wire (Make - Finolex/Havells/Polycab) through 20 mm dia 2mm thick(uniformly) soft-drawn polythene pipe from Pole Loop Box to LED fittings.

Supplying and fixing of outdoor-type LED Industrial street light fitting/luminaire 240/230 V, Power input minimum 120 Watt IP 66 protected, minimum luminous efficacy 140 lm/watt (NABL LM 79 Certified from OEM) & colour temp. 5700 K with 10 KV SPD (Make -Magik Century LED Ltd. /equivalent Havells / Philips / Crompton as per Choice of EIC) complete with all accessories with 05 (Five) year unconditional warrenty effective from date of completion of whole project.

Supply of 1.1 kV Gr. 4 Core XLPE Insulated & Sheathed Armored Aluminum Conductor Cables [Make - Finolex / Havells / Polycab/KEI]. 3.5 core 25 sq. mm

Road boring (Micro Tunneling) of different sizes of pipes / as per requirement / as per instruction of EIC with necessary tools & tackles complete including Gl pipe pushing. (NS)

Laying of 4 core 16 sq. mm cable through existing RCC / Hume / GI Pipe / open masonry trench. [3(a)/F-1]

Laying up to 35 sq. mm cable in the UG trench of 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) nos. bricks per Mtr. including filling the space between the bricks, cable, and trench with shifted soil, levelling up and restoring the surface duly rammed. [1(a)/F-2]

S&F of outdoor hooded type both side opened LT Feeder Pillar Box of appropriate size made by 03 mm thick CRCA sheets & finished with 2 coats of powder coated synthetic enamel Paint (grey) over 2 coats of RO primer after finishing the surface properly with having rigid & self supporting structure fabricated with 04 nos. of MS angle iron leg (50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm) of length 760 mm each. Both sides of the rubber gasketed double door with handle, arrangement of 02 nos. panel lock on each door with 01 no. manual padlocking and proper ventilation at the top of two sides is to be made by thick close mesh brass net. Provisions for connection of earth terminals at both sides are to be provided and comprise the following accessories, as directed by EIC/ prior EIC Approval :

Incomming : a) 415 V 63 A TPN SDFU (L&T/Siemens) - 1 no Outgoing : a) 16 SWG powder coated SM timer box of suitable size comprising the following items: i)415 V 63 A FP MCB (Legrand/ ABB/Siemens) - 1 nos. ii) 415 V 40 A 4P MCX 04 Contactor Block (LT make) - 1 no. iii) Analog Programmable time switch-24 hrs (LT /Crabtree) - 1 no. iv) MCB Changeover switch of 240/415 V 25 A for manual/ auto operation. v)On-off indicating lamp (Mounted on timer box door) with 0.5 A capsule fuse assembly. b) 415 V 100 A 4-bar Aluminium busbar of 500 mm length- 1 set c) 415 V 32 A TPN SDFU ((L&T/Siemens) - 3 nos. d) Danger board - 2 nos. Mounted on a 5-inch thick hollow brick foundation 1.2mtr (L) x1mtr (B) x1.2mtr. (H) (0.75 mtr above ground level) after necessary plastering and net cementing all side of the LT Feeder pillar

S & F of compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of following XLPE/PVC armored cables as below : 3.5 core 25 sq. mm [7(d)/F-4]

Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armored cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solder less socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials : 3.5 core 25 sq. mm [8(b-xiv)/F-5]

Supplying & fixing earth bus bar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 40 mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the bus bar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required
