Providing 6mm cement plaster (1:4) in celling with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

S/F M.S. grill made of 20 x 6mm M.S. flat as per approved design and drawing, properly fabricated with joints continous fillet welded and finished smooth, carriage of grill to work site, hoisting as per building specification and direction ofE/I. (Where materials is not supplied by the deptt.)

Supplying fitting and fixing 20 gauge G.C.I. Sheet (Door & Window) gate on M.S.angle frame of size 60*60*6mm, including cost of fabrication providing necessary locking arrangements worth haskel and domny duly fixed in C.C. (1:2:4) blocks of required size,

Dismantling old plaster and pointing in cement or lime and raking out joints to 15mm depth, watering and disposal of unserviceable materials with all leads all complete as per direction of E/I.

Providing applying plaster of paris putty of 1mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth copmlete .-do-do- as per sp. And direction of E/I.

Providing two coat of oil bound distemper of approved shade and make over a primer coat of cement primer over new surface including preparing the plastered surface by rubbing smooth with pumice stone or fine sand paper applying putty wherever required scaffolding, washing floors and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Finishing wall with textured exterior paint of required shade New work ( Two or more coats applied @ 3.28ltr/10sqm) over and including primer coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.2./10sqm

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with of required shade: Old work(Two or more coats applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing paint surface

Provinding primer one coat of red lead paint of approved make over new steel surface including preparing the surface after cleaning, removing dirt, scales smokes and grease and cleaning the surface thoroughly including cost of scaffolding and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I. (Mode of measurment Area shall be multiplied by the co-efficient as indicated in building specificaton.)Multiplying Factor-1.2 (for each side) as per Table -1 [IS:1200]

Providing two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and make over steel surface including cleaning the surface thoroughly cost of scaffolding and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.Multiplying Factor-1.0 (for painting all over)

Providing and laying double charge vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) with water absorption less than 0.08% and confirming to IS 4457:2007 of approved make in all colours and shades laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 course sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc,complete.Size of tile 300x300x10mm

Providing and laying 25mm thick kotah stone slab flooring of approved size texure and colour over 19mm thick base of lime mortar (1:1:1) (limeputty:surkhi:coarse sand) laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing to granolithic finish with approved quality of carborandum stone including cost of curing, taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes. 110 MM

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised - PVC moulded fittings/ accessories for unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion. 110 mm bend

Providing and fixing unplasticised -PVC pipe clips of approved design to unplasticised - PVC rain water pipes by means of 50x50x50 mm hard wood plugs, screwed with M.S. screws of required length, including cutting brick work and fixing in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and making good the wall etc. complete. Providing 150mm wide brick drain in cement mortar (1:6) with as. 150mm clear depth and 250mm apron including cost of earthwork involved with 75mm cement concrete (1:4:3) over one brick designation 75A flat soling in proper grade and slope at the base the drain duly plastered in C.M. (1:3) with punning over exposed surface all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement :3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) over 75mm bad by dry brick ballast 40mm nominal size well rammend and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth.
