Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth or n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth & getting out for laying underground cable in soft/losse soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus material to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dry tibba sand in trenches for cushioning to under ground cable spreading, levelling, hand punning complete all as specified and directed. Note- Punned down thickness will be measured for payment purpose.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, elecric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 Sqmm 4.0 core complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Cable may be laid in trenches, under road, across the Nallah, along poles/walls and ducts etc. (ii) Excavation, earthwork, sand cushioning, cable cover, pipe for cable protection to be measured and paid separately.

NOTE :- Cost of Necessary tools and plants such as ladders, hydra for connection to street light fittings etc should be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.

S&F in replacement of LT Cable junction box outdoor shall be made out of Polycarbonate reinforced and size should be not less than 205mm x 255mm x 112 mm(upto Cable Size 25 sq.mm). The Polycarbonate Junction Box shall be environment friendly, recyclable, halogen & silicon free, anti acid & anti corrosive. The Junction Box shall be rated for Degree of ingress Protection IP 66/69 in accordance with IEC 60695.Weatherproof, UV-resistant, rainwater-proof, temperature-resistant. The gasket material of junction box shall be Polyurethane and the gasket shall be internally embedded. The Junction Box shall be complies with requirements of the standards IEC 60695 - . The Junction Box with Connectors or Terminal Trip or Bus Bar. The manufacturer of Junction Box / Enclosure shall submit a copy of IEC Certificate . For better safety the Polycarbonate enclosure and shall be fire retardant & self - extinguishing in accordance with IEC 60695 - The impact strength of Polycarbonate enclosure / boards i.e. the Degree of protection against mechanical load shall be in accordance with EN 50298 - 98 for IK 08 including one No. 4 pole connector and one no. MCB SP 'B' curved 6-32 Amp and chromium plated clamps and nut bolts, Glands complete all as per manufacturer’s instructions.

S&F in replacement of GI tube, light grade, 80mm dia for encasing cables for mechanical protection, laid under plinth/ floors/ path/ culverts or fixed on wall or concealed in wall/ floor or along poles or as street light polesor as mounting bracket, bent to shape with complete accessories such as bends/ sockets/ reducers/ saddles including necessary threading/ drilling works complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs for rigid non-metallic PVC conduit of 20 mm dia heavy duty alongwith street light poles for wire from junction box to light fittings including fixing arrangement complete all as directed.

M&L for Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for pole base foundation and coping complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L cement concrete PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in pole foundation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm graded stone aggregate for spreading/ loose filling under four pole structure, E/M installation and other placeses where as complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for cleaning away all grass vegetation, scalping shrubs bushes under growth roots and trees up to zero level not exceeding 30 cm girth and removing rubbish up to distance of 50 mtr out the periphery of area under cleanness complete with JCB plants/ Manpower complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting of road / hardstanding upto a size not exceeding 20 cms in width and not exceeding 60 cms in depth for laying of LT UG cable protection piep line making good the disturbed portion so as to match existing finishing or with PCC 1:2:4 type C1 complete all as specified and as directed.
