Providing Drainage at Rajavaikal To cafe H/O Andankovil East Panchyat

Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils and sub soils to full depth etc., ordinary soil complete

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40 mm ISSHBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete for Base Course.

Cement concrete 1:3:6 mix using 20 mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete for Wearing coat.

Supplying and erecting centering shuttering including necessary supports for plane surface in foundation and basement and in all floors for R C C column footing column plinth beam, beams, roof slabs, staircase steps, bed blocks, critical pier etc using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 guage stiffened, welded with mild steel angles of size 25mmx25mmx3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) scantlings of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced of about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by departmental officers including conveyance of all materials to site and proper centering etc complete.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Cement Concrete 1:1-1/2:3 (One Cement, One and a half crushed stone M.Sand and Three hard broken stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, beams etc. shall be finished smooth with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three M.Sand) and kraft paper laid over it without claiming extra, etc., complete

Plastering with cement mortar 1:4mix to 20 mm thick includingcost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour

Supplying and fixing in position CI manhole covers with CI frames (Heavy duty) of size 60cm x 60cm of best approved quality as per standard specification etc., complete compying with standard specifications

Supplying and fabricating and fixing MS grill works grill gate using necessary MS flst for inner and outer members should be fixed to window frames
