Conducting Physical Material Verification on LED street light Fittings equal to 10% of quantity of each item, against the supplied quantity in a single lot, which inclusive of (i) 20 watts LED fitting built with minimum 300mm length of 3 core 1sq.mm copper cable, male connector and supplied with 1.2 meter length, 32mm dia GI Bracket and 2 set of GI clamps and necessary bolts and nuts. (ii) 25 watts LED fitting built with minimum 300mm length of 3 core 1sq.mm copper cable, male connector and supplied with 1.2 meter length, 32mm dia GI Bracket and 2 set of GI clamps and necessary bolts and nuts. (iii) 40 watts LED fitting built with minimum 300mm length of 3 core 1sq.mm copper cable, male connector and supplied with 1.2 meter length, 32mm dia GI Bracket and 2 set of GI clamps and necessary bolts and nuts. (iv) 45 watts LED fitting built with minimum 300mm length of 3 core 1sq.mm copper cable, male connector and supplied with 1.2 meter length, 32mm dia GI Bracket and 2 set of GI clamps and necessary bolts and nuts. (v) 60 watts LED fitting built with minimum 300mm length of 3 core 1sq.mm copper cable, male connector and supplied with 1.2 meter length, 40mm dia GI Bracket and 2 set of GI clamps and necessary bolts and nuts. (vi) 72 watts LED fitting built with minimum 300mm length of 3 core 1sq.mm copper cable, male connector and supplied with 1.2 meter length, 40mm dia GI Bracket and 2 set of GI clamps and necessary bolts and nuts. (vii) 90 watts LED fitting built with minimum 300mm length of 3 core 1sq.mm copper cable, male connector and supplied with 1.2 meter length, 50 mm dia GI Bracket and 2 set of GI clamps and necessary bolts and nuts. (viii) 120 watts LED fitting built with minimum 300mm length of 3 core 1sq.mm copper cable, male connector and supplied with 1.2 meter length, 50 mm dia GI Bracket and 2 set of GI clamps and necessary bolts and nuts. (ix) 150 watts of flood light LED fitting built with minimum 300mm length of 3 core 1sq.mm copper cable, male connector (x) 200 watts of flood light LED fitting built with minimum 300mm length of 3 core 1sq.mm copper cable, male connector and to issue test certificate conducting the required test as per the recommended standards after ascertain the quality, specification and standards insisted as in the agreement executed with work contractor. Including the cost of key personnel and cost of other staff, cost of travel and cost of accommodation, and stationeries required for the key person and the staff assigned for the task.

Conducting Physical Material Verification on 10% of quantity of Single Phase / Three Phase – RF+4G gateway streetlight controller against the supplied quantity in single lot and to issue test certificate conducting the required test as per the recommended standards after ascertain the quality, specification and standards insisted as in the agreement executed with work contractor. Including the cost of key personnel and cost of other staff, cost of travel and cost of accommodation, and stationeries required for the key person and the staff assigned for the task.

Conducting Physical Material Verification on 10% of quantity of Individual Lamp Monitoring devices (ILM) with Radio frequency with dimming device ,against the supplied quantity in single lot and to issue test certificate conducting the required test as per the recommended standards after ascertain the quality, specification and standards insisted as in the agreement executed with work contractor. Including the cost of key personnel and cost of other staff, cost of travel and cost of accommodation, and stationeries required for the key person and the staff assigned for the task.

Conducting Physical Material Verification on one number of Central control monitoring Centre (CCMC) software with device and to issue test certificate conducting the required test as per the recommended standards after ascertain the quality, specification and standards insisted as in the agreement executed with work contractor. Including the cost of key personnel and cost of other staff, cost of travel and cost of accommodation, and stationeries required for the key person and the staff assigned for the task.

Ascertain the saving in energy consumption on quarterly basis in 6 years, after the implementation of Energy saving measures by conversion of LED lamps fittings through the CCMS with reference to the Base line energy determined by the Investment grade auditors and to issue energy saving certificate to the 94 Municipalities and in 9 Corporations Including the cost of key personnel and cost of other staff, cost of travel and cost of accommodation, and stationeries required for the key person and the staff assigned for the task.
