REPAIR COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE OF HOT AND COLD WATER COOLERS WITH INBUILT PURIFIERS AND COLD WATER COOLERS AND CONNECTED WORKS AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS IN KATARI BAGH AND INSIDE NAVAL BASE KOCHI

Material and labour for comprehensive maintenance of 320 Nos of cross field water coolers, 14 Nos of Blue star water coolers, 07 Nos of Voltas water coolers repair and servicing of 'hot and cold' water cooler with normal, hot and cold-water dispensing system of any model upto capacity 125Litre/hr including covering all spares/parts if found unserviceable during the period and replacement of activated carbon and other consumables, like air driver bottle, DS caddle etc (once in contract period) whichever be required to provide smooth function of the machine, all are specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Notes: (1) The comprehensive maintenance shall be done through OEM or authorised agency of OEM, MOU between OEM authorised agency and contractor. (2) The parts shall be genuine and from original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and approved by GE. (3) The contractor is responsible to carried out services in every Quarter (3 months) through OEM during the contract period or as per users requirement to ensure the serviceability of the machine and a register duly signed by user shall be deposited to MES. If quarterly services not carried out as per the schedule provided by MES, a penalty of Rs.250 per day per water cooler shall be levied from the contract. (4) All body parts and other accessories shall be thoroughly cleaned to remove strains etc with suitable solution, during the service time. (5) Any break down / complaints shall be attend and within the same day and rectification shall be intimated. (6) The rates quoted for above items shall be included for replacement of any spares becoming unserviceable during the period and no extra claim shall be allowed. (7) A penalty of Rs. 1000/- per day for each complaint will be levied in case breakdown of machine more than 24 hrs from the time of complaint registration due to non-attending.

Material & Labour for General servicing of Water Cooler of capacity 40/40, 40/80 or 60/120 Litres after taking down from the existing position, transporting to workshop, clean internal parts, clean external cover with suitable liquid/ solvent, clean filter/ washing with water, replace the unserviceable parts if any including refixing the Water Cooler in same/ other location and connecting, commissioning complete all as directed.

Material & Labour for General servicing of Water Cooler of capacity 40/40, 40/80 or 60/120 Litres after taking down from the existing position, clean internal parts, clean external cover with suitable liquid/ solvent, clean filter/ washing with water, leak testing and gas charging at same location, replace the unserviceable parts if any including refixing the Water Cooler in same/ other location and connecting, commissioning complete all as directed.

Supply & Fix in replacement, hermetically sealed compressor unit suitable for water cooler of capacity 40/40, 40/80 Litres capacity of the existing unserviceable sealed compressor unit including gas charging and connecting up complete all as specified & directed

All as per item No 4 here in above but suitable for Water Cooler of capacity 60/120 Litres complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix in repair fan motor 240 Volt with leaf suitable for water cooler of capacity 40/80/120 Litres complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix in repair PVC float valve assembly 15mm bore suitable for water cooler complete all as specified and as directed

Supply & Fix in repair 15 mm bore lift cock tap suitable for water cooler complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix in repair 15 mm PVC connection 1 meter long suitable for water cooler complete all as specified and as directed

Supply & Fix in repair 1 1/4" flexible hose suitable for water cooler drain complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for spray painting single coat anti corrosive enamel paint to water cooler of any capacity complete all as specified and as directed

Material & Labour for repair of existing water cooler platform including supply & fix of tiles, masonry brick work and proper sloping to ensure water flow to drain pipe with proper finish complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.
