Supply Installation Testing and commissioning of of 30W LED street light fitting with aluminium PDC housing and toughened glass cover with IP66 protection i/c all accessories and fixing on the existing bracket including connections with 1.5 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable and earthing etc. complete ( Make M/s Crompton Model 30W LED Streetlight /Similar features in Surya/ Philips /Wipro /Havells make).

S/Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE armoured power cable of 1.1 kV grade of 2x6 sqmm size i/c making connections in the following manner as required:-

On surface of wall

In ground but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering.

In open air

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct/open air as required.

Upto 35 sq. mm

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required.

Upto 35 sq. mm

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required

Fixing of existing TPN MCB DB with Isolators/MCB's i/c dismantlling of unserviceable TPN DB ,making connections etc complete as required.

S/D 40mm dia medium class GI Pipe for drawing of cable in pucca floor i/c breaking pucca floor and repairing the same etc. complete as required.

S/F Polycorbonate compound light Box of size 6"x6"x4"with 6Amp C-series SP MCB and connector etc complete as required.

Supplying and fixing of 32 mm dia X 1.00 metres long G.I. pipe (medium class) bracket for mounting of LED street light fitting on pole including bending the pipe to the required shape, 2 nos flat iron clamps with nuts, bolts and washer, painting the flat iron with primer and finish paint etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing of 25 mm dia X 0.60 metres long G.I. pipe (medium class) bracket for mounting of LED street light fitting on pole including bending the pipe to the required shape, 2 nos flat iron clamps with nuts, bolts and washer, painting the flat iron with primer and finish paint etc. as required.

Supplying and drawing 3x1.5Sqmm size of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required.

Replacement of existing unserviceable 36/40 watt conventional Fl fitting with Surface / Wall mounted 20 Watt LED batten type fitting i/c making connection ,testing and commissioning etc. complete as required.(M/s Philips /Wipro /C&S/Crompton/ Surya )

Drawing of existing 40mm dia HDPE Pipe in cement concreat floor for drawing of cable i/c breaking CC floor and repairing the same etc. complete as required.
