Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mmx600 mmx 3 mm thick, including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. ( but without charcoal or coke and salt ) complete as required.

Extra for using salt and charcoal for G.I. or copper plate earth electrode complete as required.

Providing and fixing 25mm x 5mm copper strip on surface or in recess for earth connections etc. as required.

Providing, laying and fixing of one No. aluminium conductor, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed, armoured/XLPE power cable, working voltage 1100 volts grade on surface etc. of the required size:-Armoured cable 120 sq. mm (3.5 core)

Providing and laying of one No. aluminium conductor, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed, armoured/XLPE power cable, working voltage 1100 volts grade direct in ground; to be laid 1 meter below the ground level including excavation sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc. of the required size:-Armoured cable 120 sq. mm (3.5 core)

Providing and laying of PCC Foundation (1:3:6 cement concrete) plat-form of (500 cm X 200 cm X 60cm) dimensions 15 cm rise from ground level (for soil bearing capacity 5000 kg / sqm)

Supplying.Installation Testing and commissioning of 100 KVA/ 80KW at 0.8 power factor, 415 V, 50 Hz, Silent D.G. Set confirm to ISO 8528 specification and should meet CFCB-Il norms complete as detailed below:-

DIESEL ENGINE:-ECO, FRIENDLY 100 KVA:

CUMMINS/Kirlosker make DSP series engine model 6 BTAA 5.9-G-13.6 cylinders. inline 4 stroke cycle stationary type water cooled, neutral aspirated, developing 150 BHP at 1500RPM under NTP conditions of BS'1554: 1982. the engine shall be provided with Electrical starting arrangement & shall give the Electrical output of 100 KVA/80KW att 0.8 power factor, 415 volts at the alternator terminals complete in all respect ro the best satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. The Engine shall be mounted on side mounting type base frame fabrication from suitable M.S. channel suitable machined to ensure prefect dignment of the engine and alternator with rigid construction and necessary reinforcement on plinth size(15'x12'x6") with 1:2:4 cement concrete to ensure minimum vibrations. The engine shall comprise of following

ALTERNATOR:- Kirloskar/Stamford UC-27 or its equivalent make single alternator 100 KVA ISOORPM 415 volts 0.8 power factor (Leg) suitable for 50 HZ 3-Phase system The alternator shall be in SP-DP enclosure self excited, self regulated, fott mounted with hall and/or roller bearings on end shields. The alternator confirms to IS/IEC60034-1 & will be suitable for operation in tropical condition.

CONTROL PANNEL

FUEL TANK - i) Fuel tank of IASWG MS sheet of adequate capacity suitable forHours of Operation provided with breather and drawn plug ii) BATTERY:- 01 No 12 volts 120/150 AH Exide battery for electrical starting of DG Set, low maintenance free to IS 14257 for high crankings performance iii)AMF Panel complete in all respect A.V.M. PADS Suitable No to AVM Pads. The Engine shall comprise cost of all accessories required for silent generating set and having following safeties. i) High Motor Temperature ii) low Lub Oil presure iii) Emergency stop push button outside the enclosure

SOUND ALTERNATOR SYSTEM: The Sound Attenuated DG Sets are designed and engineered by the CAD/CAM experts confirming to intrnational standards and mandatory noise level norms achieving NOISE LEVEL of 75 DB (A) at a distance of 1 metres in open environment. The system is made of High class sheet metal fabricated panels of 16G thickness having modular construction with multi-fold sheet channel & ISMC section for ease of assembly and dismantling, and high quality FIREPROOF Acoustic material Le Rock Wool (75-100 mm thick having 48.96K/m3 density)

An additional axial flow fan may also be provided to achieve optimal output and acoustic hood with noise splitters if required, to block and reduce the sound leakage, Residential silencer is provided for maximum noise reduction and specialy designed vibration isolators are used to restrict the transfer of vibration from the DG set to the body panels & its surroundings.
