M&L for joint free glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 300x450x7 mm thick on walls set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colosured cement to match the shade of tile including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 finish surface rough to recieve tile including Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including bedding (but not backing) rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for machine cut Kota stone slab 18-20 mm thick as in floor/ treads of steps laid over and including 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:6), set & jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including cutting, rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving n. exc 15 cm thick below or above GL complete all as specified and directed.

.Material and Labour for earthing complete with Copper earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground ( earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 25×3 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts,nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Pt I including necessary excavation and earth work PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 with 50 mm thick pre cast RCC ( 1:2:4) type B-1 cover slab (reinforced with 8 mm dia deformed bar @ 15 cm C/C both ways and suitable handle of 10 mm dia round bar) including providing charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layers of 15 cm compacted thickness all around the earth electrode, with funnel and 20 mm bore galvanized iron watering pipe (medium grade) wire mesh, copper lugs, complete in all respect, copper strip protected by 40 mm bore (medium grade) galvanized iron pipe and other end connected with main switch board or earthing test point as directed including proper lugs, including disposal of soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and necessary testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixingCopper strip 20 x3 mm in proper position on wall with saddles and fixing screws complete all as specified and directed.
