Earth work in Excavation in all type of soil, Soft and ordinary rock etc. by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) bailing out of water if encountered over areas including refilling around foundation, plinth,in layers, watering, consolidating and disposing of all surplus excavated/broken materials upto a lead of 2km and lift of 1.5 meter, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed all as per drawing, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Dismantling of Kota Stone/ red stone flooring of 40mm thick including stacking of useful materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 500m lead and as directed by EIC.

Providing and laying in position Cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement, 3 coarse sand, 6 graded stone aggregate of 20mm maximum size) including consolidation, finishing, curing etc. including the cost of form work, shuttering, centering complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Kota stone slab flooring with 25 mm thick Kota stone over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) etc. complete all as per the specifications and as directed by EIC.

Providing and laying in position Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement, 2 coarse sand, 4 graded stone aggregate of 20mm maximum size) including consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete as per specifications including the cost Form work shuttering, centering, (but excluding cost of steel reinforcement) complete as per the specification and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and laying in position Reinforced cement concrete 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete as per specifications including the cost Form work shuttering, centering, (but excluding cost of steel reinforcement) complete as per the specification and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing & laying TMT Reinforcement Steel bar of grade of Fe 500D or more for reinforced cement concrete at all levels including supplying, preparation of barbending schedules, cutting, bending, transporting, fixing, tieing in position with G.I binding wire, all labourcharges, cost of cover blocks in specified grade of concrete etc. complete as per specifications and drawings. Steel supplied by the contractor using TMT bars of specified grades of all sizes.

providing fixing Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for column footing, beam etc height upto 4mtr all complete as per direction of EIC.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement:6 Coarse Sand) in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes, sizes required slope, including providing necessary scaffolding, curing etc. complete as per the specifications and as directed by EIC.

Plastering with 12 mm cement plaster in 1:4 mix (1 cement: 4 fine sand) at all heights including providing scaffolding, curing etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing colour coated corrugated galvalume profile sheets of TATA/JSW or equivalant make (Profile, Colour and shape as approved by the Engineer-incharge) of 0.60mm (TCT) total coated thickness (tolerance as per relevant IS code) with material yield strength 550 MPa, galvalume AZ-150 (zinc aluminium alloy coating nominal composition : 55% aluminium, 43.5% zinc & 1.5% silicon mass total of both sides) with regular modified polyester paint and coating of 20- 25 micron RMP on exposed surface including primer and 7-10 micron epoxy coating on unexposed surface including primer. The sheet should be supplied in single length as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling / self tapping screws with EPDM seal and washers of make- Coroshield/ durotuff / polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers including cutting to size and shape wherever required, wall sides finished with non-shrink cement plaster/ silicon glue or tarfelt sheet wherever required to ensure leak proof arrangement etc. complete as per the specifications and as directed by EIC. Note: 1. All screw should be sealed with silicon sealant. 2. Measurements will be given only for covered Roof area and over laps will not be measured or paid separately.

Providing all tools, tackles, materials, manpower for structural steel work in built up sections at all height, including cost of cutting, welding, hoisting, fixing, transport, loading, unloading, necessary scaffolding and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete etc., all complete as per the specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Applying a coat of cement primer of interior grade as per manufacturer’s specifications etc. and as directred by the Engineer.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, Birla white wall care putty over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve evensurface, including preparing surfaces, scaffolding & cleaning etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting with 1st quality acrylic emulsion paint interior gade of (ready mixed) of approved brand,manufacturer of required shade and colour two or more coats including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour,Two or more coats on new work or including prepartion of surface, filling the unever surfaces with J K or eqivailant make wall putty, sand papering, making the surface smooth and even etc. complete as per manufacturer’s specification, cleaning of paint splashings and droppings from floors, doors & windows etc. complete and as directred by the Engineer.

Painting Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade (ready mixed) of approved brand,manufacturer of required shade and colour New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm),filling the unever surfaces with J K or eqivailant make wall putty, sand papering, making the surface smooth and even etc. complete as per manufacturer’s specification, cleaning of paint splashings and droppings from floors, doors & windows etc. complete and as directred by the Engineer.

Painting on steel/wood work/ plastered/ concrete surface with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint using 1st quality synthetic enamel paint of Asian Paints or equivalent including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour over a coat of suitable primer, including preparing surfaces, providing & applying primer, scaffolding, filling with putty wherever required & cleaning etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Laying 40 mm thick cement concrete floor/base with 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry etc. complete all as per the specifications and as directed by EIC.

Fabrication, providing & installation of single bed having painted MS rectangular tubular base frame & supports, mattress bottom ply made up of of sngle piece 12 mm BWR AA ply including providing and fixing all required nut, bolts, screws, end caps, beading, polishing if required etc. complete all as per the specifications, drawing & as directed by EIC. Note for above item: 1. Minimum bare weight of MS rectangular tubular base frame & supports shall be 14 kg (section-IS-4923-2017). 2. Minimum dimension of bed shall be 1.8(L) x 0.9(B) meter or as per the site requirement and as directed by EIC. 3. Dimension of ply shall be suitable for 6ft(L) x 3ft(W) meter mattress or as directed by EIC.

Fabrication, providing & installation of study table having painted MS square tubular base frame & supports having minimum bare weight of MS square tubular base frame & supports shall be 12 kg (section-IS-4923-2017), dimension of Table top shall be 2.5ft (L) x 2ft (W) made up of single piece 12 mm BWR AA ply including providing and fixing with 1.0 mm thick decorative high pressure laminated sheet on top face & sides with high density protective surface layer and reverse side of adhesive bonding quality conforming to IS : 2046 Type S, of approved shade, colour and make, including cost of adhesive of approved quality. Minimum dimension of frame side rail/support shall be 0.75(L) x 0.6(W) X 0.75(H) (meter) with footrest and including nut, bolts, screws, end caps, beading, polishing if required etc. complete all as per the specifications, drawing & as directed by EIC.

Fabrication, providing & installation of Dining table having painted MS squre tubular base frame & supports having minimum bare weight of MS square tubular base frame & supports shall be 13 kg (section-IS-4923-2017), dimension of Table top shall be 5ft (L) x 2ft (W) made up of single piece 12 mm BWR AA ply including providing and fixing with 1.0 mm thick decorative high pressure laminated sheet on top face & sides with high density protective surface layer and reverse side of adhesive bonding quality conforming to IS : 2046 Type S, of approved shade, colour and make, including cost of adhesive of approved quality. Minimum dimension of frame side rail/support shall be 1.5(L) x 0.6(W) X 0.75(H) with footrest including providing and fixing all required nut, bolts, screws, end caps, beading, polishing if required etc. complete all as per the specifications, drawing & as directed by EIC.

Fabrication, providing & installation of three seater bench having painted MS squre tubular base frame & supports having minimum bare weight of MS square tubular base frame & supports shall be 10 kg (section-IS-4923-2017), dimension of Table top shall be 5ft (L) x 1ft (W) made up of single piece 12 mm BWR AA ply including providing and fixing with 1.0 mm thick decorative high pressure laminated sheet on top face & sides with high density protective surface layer and reverse side of adhesive bonding quality conforming to IS : 2046 Type S, of approved shade, colour and make, including cost of adhesive of approved quality. Minimum dimension of frame side rail/support shall be 1.5(L) x 0.3(W) X 0.45(H) (meter) with footrest including providing and fixing all required nut, bolts, screws, end caps, beading, polishing if required etc. complete all as per the specifications, drawing & as directed by EIC.

Providing and fixing Steel weld mesh fencing of required width in mesh size 25x25 mm made of ms wire of dia 2.5/3 mm including cutting, strengthening by welding or nuts, bolts and washers with frame ss required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

supplying & fixing Green net (Scaffolding net made of high density polyethylene UV stabilized having density 100gm/sqm.) on weld mesh fencing of required width including cutting, strengthening by wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
