Scope of work i) Monthly checking and servicing the lifts and submit the service reports. Scope of work: ii) Monthly checking and servicing the lifts and submit the service reports. iii) Attending to the Lifts when called upon. iv) Repairing, Overhauling the components of the equipment at site / in your service station, including replacement of worn-out parts, when found necessary and submit the reports. Lubricating the bearings of motor and fans when found necessary. v) Replacement of ropes when found necessary. vi) Rewinding of motors & fans, Replacement of V3F, Door operators, cabin PCBs and mother boards, limit switches indicators etc, and if any other components during maintenance period. vii) The Lifts are to be repaired or rectified within 24 hours from the hour of defective condition for minor repairs. If major repairs are required the lift defects must be rectify within 5 days otherwise a penalty of Rs.1000/- per day will be imposed after 5 days. 'NOTE:(1) Payment will be made quarterly after service on pro rate basis service reports in respect of the above lifts shall be communicated to the D.E (Elec)-II and DY.E.E(Elec)-SBH soon after each service.
