Casting & Erection of M20 grade RCC Foundation pedestal of 400 * 400 mm size including supply of 04Nos 'J' type foundation bolts, 750 mm above road level and 1000mm below ground with 1100mm * 1100mm * 100 mm RCC M20 grade base with 100 mm offset on all sides on 100mm thick PCC base (1:4:8). The pedestal has to be provided with 63 mm dia HDPE pipe for looping in and out of cable. The item includes the excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator)/manual means including disposal of excavated earth, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed, in all kinds of soil

Supply,Installation,testing and Commissioning of 6 meter long Octagonal type lighting pole (Hot dip galvanised both internally and externally with average coating thickness of 70 microns). Octagonal pole made up of 3mm thick HT steel with following features : I) Dia 175mm at bottom and 70mm at the top II) Base plate of size : 275x275x16mm III)1500mm long double arm bracket of 48.3mm outer dia & 3mm thick GI pipe at a tilt angle of 10 degree . The pole should be suitable for operation on 240V,50Hz single phase AC supply including all aceessories.(Annexure-I is enclosed)

Supply, Installation, testing and Commissioning of 80watt LED high performance street light fixture including accessories ,bolts & nuts/studs etc complete suitable for lighting poles and light fixture satisfies the following parameters: Safety class I. - The LED luminaire of Minimum IP66 rating. Luminaire efficacy should be minimum 100 or above lm/W. Colour Rendering Index is 70 and colour temperature is 5700K. - The LED luminaire optics of Type II for street light. LED driver with a power factor of 0.95 and RoHS compliant. A driver with surge protection of 10 kv,Life span : 50000 hours. The luminaire should be suitable for operation on 240V,50Hz single phase AC supply including all accessories.

Supply,laying of XLPE insulated armoured cable with aluminium conductor size 4C 16 sq. mm for working voltage up to 1100v confirming to IS specification in the cable through supply,laying of 40mm dia /4KG pressure PN4 HDPE pipe ISI marked in open trench excavation in all type of soil in tarred/concrete road and refilling the trenches as per standard along with all accessories like socket, bend,couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930,Part II complete with clamping,fitting, cutting & jointing including cost of material and labour for open trench excavation ,concrete chiping , laying,clamping ,back filling and restoration of concrete chiping etc.Complete as required.

Making loop in loop out connections terminals provided in street light pole 4cx16 sqmm PVC/XLPE cable of 1.1kv grade with all accessories

Providing earthing with GI earth pipe 3 meter long 40mm dia including accessories and providing mansory enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc..with charcoal and salts as required earthing shall be as per IS 3043.

Supply ,installation,testing and commissioning of 3 Phase 4 Way DB (outdoor type,IP 54)with suitable MCB with timer and contactor.
