Material and labour for repairs to potholes any depth, not exceeding 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth making good by applying tack coat @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm using paving bitumen putting in premixed bituminous macadam well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) depth of potholes exceeding 30 mm. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing existing unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with paving bituminous primer 80/100 (VG-10) Grade at 10 Kg per 10 sq metre complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dust, dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat of paving bituminous primer 80/100 (VG-10) Grade @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for premix bituminous macadam using 4% paving bitumen of any penetration laid/ rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 30 mm thick (consolidated thickness) paving bituminous premix semidense asphaltic concrete with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, using 60/70 (VG-30) Grade paving bitumen, laid with mechanical paver rolled and compacted to required camber and gredient by 8-10 Tonne Vibro Roller complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing the road side berms, removing vegetation, loose spoils etc spreading 75 mm thick Moorum/ Red Bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick spread, levelled and rammed including watering etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for granite/ trap stone kerb of roughly squared stones of sectional size 15 cm x 30 cm and not less than 45 cm length, all surfaces hammer dressed so that the maximum depression from a straight edge held against the dressed surface shall not exceed 20 mm jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and struck flush complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new surfaces of any description finishing walls with premium Acrylic smooth exterior paint with silicone additives of required shade New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 Ltr/ 10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 Kg/ 10 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for adequate No of coats to painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc. on roads, pavements and the like exceeding 10 cm wide with road marking paint, white or golden yellow complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100 mm x 100 mm x 20 mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and including mild steel stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and fixing in repairs metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/ 50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150 mm x 150 mm x 300 mm) type B1(using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed (Make : 3M, Cat Eye, Dark Eye)

Supply and fixing in repairs solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125 mm x 125 mm x 25 mm (shank 65 mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4 V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2 V/ 1600 MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. complete all as specified and as directed (Make : 3M, Cat Eye, Dark Eye)
