Providing software licenses and services for 5 year for survey and assessment- Integrated copyright registered mainframe and advance online web based software for the purpose of Property Tax Assessment and Computerization Exporting, importing the required data and generating the reports of property survey form, Assessment list, tax of notices, hearing, objection notice & reports for Property tax dept. Training and capacity building of Municipal Staff for one Year.(If required and as ordered) (See the Scope of Work)

Providing software licenses and services for 5 years for Annual Operation and maintenance - 1. Providing software executable file licenses and services for property tax collection through online, CFC and Mobile based application for door-to-door property tax collection. 2. Providing software for Android and iOS-based property tax collection, Service/grievance handling Software interface for Taxpayer 3.Maintainance of the all above software and the Database, installation-reinstallation as Required by Municipal Council, Upgradation of Software and Database for Consolation of the Next Financial year. Annual O&M and Support Services for Property Tax department- Providing Annual Operation, maintenance and Supply for the property tax dept as providing yearly tax collection postings, Bills of taxes, demand registers and collection register etc. with preprinted multicolor stationary and maintaining the database, Manpower requirement for Operations & Maintenance, Help Desk/Call Center etc.(If required and as ordered) (See the Scope of Work)

Scanning of property tax assessment documents including numbering survey records, survey forms, notices, hearing/objection applications, property-related documents, pre-assessment lists, and final assessment lists, ensuring proper arrangement, clarity, and completeness per property file (See the Scope of Work)

Data entry of property tax assessment details into the Government-approved IWBP system/ any other approved system including entry of assessed, reassessed, and newly identified properties along with all relevant property details, changes in usage, construction, area, and applicable tax demand.(See the Scope of Work)
