Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level). Complete all as specified and directed by Eng-In-Charge.

Demolition of stone slabe slabs & tiles of any description or thickness in floor, aprons, plinth protection etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar. Complete all as specified and directed by Eng-In-Charge.

Dismantling floor hearth wall tile incl cement mortar bedding, removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premishes. Complete all as specified and directed by Eng-In-Charge.

Taking down shutter only exc 1.00 sqm but n.exc 2.00 Sqm each and refix in the same opening. Complete all as specified and directed by Eng-In-Charge.

Demolition of brick work, PCC block masonary, stone masonary or boulder masonary built in cement mortar. Complete all as specified and directed by Eng-In-Charge.

Dismantling of plain corrugated steel sheeting any guage thickness including Nainital or Similar pattern roof coverings (at any height). Complete all as specified and directed by Eng-In-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster or screed bedding layer of any description from concrete slab/terrace surfaces etc including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks (Old size) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6. Complete all as specified and directed by Eng-In-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick plastering on brick work or concrete surface in CM (1:6) and rendering is to be finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement. Complete all as specified and directed by Eng-In-Charge.

M&L for non-skid coloured ceramic tile 7 to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular/in joint less) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm , in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6). Complete all as specified and directed by Eng-In-Charge.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 450 x 350 x 7mm thick colour and design (as approved) in vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the colour of tiles over 15mm thick cement plaster using CM (1:4). Complete all as specified and directed by Eng-In-Charge.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles dark shade 10mm thick (square/rectangular ) polished ,area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm in floors ,and dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6). Complete all as specified and directed by Eng-In-Charge.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC type B-2 (1:2:4) using 40mm graded agg as in flooring finished even and smooth w/o usin extra cement. Complete all as specified and directed by Eng-In-Charge.

M&L for pre-cast concrete rubber moulded glossy finished interlocking paver Block of 60 mm thick M-35 grade any colour (as approved) design over sand cushioning complete including with using grey cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006. Complete all as specified and directed by Eng-In-Charge.

M&L for sand filling under floor or in foundation including watering and consolidation. Complete all as specified and directed by Eng-In-Charge.

M&L for type D2 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate ) cement concrete in foundation filling and mass concrete. Complete all as specified and directed by Eng-In-Charge.

S & F rubber moulded Chequered cement concrete Endura tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick,set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over 20 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) finshed with coloured cement to match the shade of the slab. Complete all as specified and directed by Eng-In-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded aggregate as in bed blocks, bed blocks of hold fasts, coping and chamfered angles and throating etc. Complete all as specified and directed by Eng-In-Charge.

M & L for 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded agg as in plinth protection finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement. Complete all as specified and directed by Eng-In-Charge.

S&F in repair for 4 mm thick veneered decorative plywood grade 1 (with BWR resin) with decorative veeneers of one side fixed with nails to the surface complete in wall. Complete all as specified and directed by Eng-In-Charge.

M&L for 2nd class hard wood plain fillets square rectangularor triangular in section ,clean sawn section area exc 6 sq.cm not exc 13 Sqcm fixed with se-cured with nail or brads. Complete all as specified and directed by Eng-In-Charge.

S&F in repair 2nd class hard wood as in scantling clean swan timber framed and fixed to the position to replace old and decayed timber. Complete all as specified and directed by Eng-In-Charge.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 MPA as in roof covering / clading to wall, fixed with self tapping screw. Complete all as specified and directed by Eng-In-Charge.

M&L for galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting 0.63 mm thick with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275. fixed with using screw. Complete all as specified and directed by Eng-In-Charge.

M&L for granite ( any type) tiles 20 mm thick machine cut in skirting/dado, platforms & Cell etc bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite including grindind and polishing complete in any design and pattern. Complete all as specified and directed by Eng-In-Charge.

S & F in repair vitreous china wash basin, white, flat back, size 550x400mm, plug , porcelain stopper and including brackets with waste fittings 32mm dia and connection pipe etc. Complete all as specified and directed by Eng-In-Charge.

S&F in repairs Pillar taps, 15mm dia cast copper alloy fency type, with capstan heads, chromium plated. Screwed down high pressure, with or without lettered `Hot' or `Cold' with long screwed shanks & fly nuts screwed for iron pipe & fixed etc. Complete all as specified and directed by Eng-In-Charge.

Dismantling PVC water tank exc 500 Ltrs and n.exc 1000 Ltrs capacity. Complete all as specified and directed by Eng-In-Charge.
